I was quoted, what seemed to be, a high price for my front brakes at a chain & went to Facebook seeking recommendations. The owner is a former employee of mine who reached out to see what I needed done, quoted a price that couldn’t be beat & I finally got around to getting it done. Price was exactly what he quoted, work was done quickly, accurately & will be back for any future work I need done - recommend you do the same!

J&J Auto is truly a one-of-a-kind vehicle service shop! I can say that right off the rip, I truly appreciated how up front the pricing was and how amazing the deals are! J&J Auto made me feel like they really valued my business and took great care of my vehicle when I popped in a week ago to get my oil change. They did a great job taking care of me and they were done in a very timely manner which earned quite a bit of gratitude in my opinion! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. He took the time to go through what he found on the inspection and explained what I would need in the future. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. While I was in there another couple came to pick up their car, when they said another company was telling them to buy new tires, he explained that their tires were in really good shape and they did not need to purchase new tires. Great prices and amazing staff

Unfortunately, my review is counter to all the other reviews. I hope it simply indicates that Jason was having a bad day. I made an appointment the day before for tires and arrived a few minutes early. Shop was closed. I waited. I called - no answer, obviously. After waiting 15 minutes I had to leave. Jason called me almost 30 minutes after the appt time to ask when I would be in. I explained that I was on my way to take my busines elsewhere as we had an appt time and he did not honor that appt or call me to reschedule. He said he had to go to the bank - while that may be the case, I also work and had set an appt time with him. I had sincerely hoped to give business to a small business during COVID...I was not upset - just couldnt wait around for an indefinite amount of time. I thanked Jason for the call and said have a good day. 5 minutes later I get a call back and he is swearing at me and telling me he hopes I die. Based on the other reviews Im assuming he had had a bad day. Nonetheless, I would encourage customers to be cautious in dealing with him based on this interaction.

Was quoted by a big name shop in excess of 1500 for brake calipers, rotors and pads all the way around on my Lexus. Went to J&J and was out the door for less than 600! Well appreciated honesty, as I did not need many of those parts. Would highly recommend!

Went in with a bad tire losing air quickly needing a patch, they got me right in quickly. While I was in there I asked about other services they offer and prices and found out that their goods and services are a fraction of the price of big auto stores with same or better quality. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. I will be coming here from now on for everything I need.

Took my girlfriends car in for an oil change. Everything was very professional and we were in and out in about 40 minutes. We were told that she would eventually need rear brakes but it was reiterated to us a couple of times that we still had plenty of pad life and didnt need to have them changed. We had taken her car to one of the major car repair locations for her last oil change and were pressured repeatedly to get the brakes changed out that day. Also, the quote we were given at the major car repair location was literally three times what the guys at J & J quoted. We will definitely be going back to J & J and telling all our friends about them.
