Ryan is the best! Every time I have any issues or questions he’s there with professionalism and great hospitality. He is the first agent I had when I got my own policy and I wouldn’t change it or stray from him at all. Highly recommend his services! He’s the best, honest, polite, and funny. Ryan is the best Allstate agent Ive ever had, always called me back, promptly made all my necessary changes. And this was no small thing for me as I change vehicles frequently and also have RVs and other vehicles. Great guy, exactly what you hope for from an insurance agent, hire him, you wont be disappointed.

I have been a customer of Allstate for about 8 years. I have my first claim and they are trying everything to get out of it.In the 8 years I have gone through Ryan Parnell I have never met the man once, just his assistant. This is so bad that my wofe and my joke is that he does not exist amd the assistant is really him. This was funny until my problem with Allstate. He has yet to call me back or meet with me face-to-face after I brought up the difficulties I have had. The assistant was ok, but now is when you want to talk to your agent in person.If you have to use Allstate, which I do not, done another agent that will be there and not delicate hos responsibilities.

Had a claim on a rim that was damaged got me fixed up right away no problems
