Sam and his team are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and genuinely care about doing what is best for their customers! In a matter of minutes I had a quote that gave me significantly better coverage on my home and 3 autos and saved me over $725 a year! I am a new State Farm customer and it was truly a pleasant visit. Jennifer Hiteshue was the agent that helped me and she made the transition from my old insurance policy to State Farm a breeze matching all my needs and saving me money. Sam Custer was very congenial and made me feel that I made the right decision changing my insurance company.

They spammed my phone by texting me that they wanted to re-quote my insurance. Given that I own multiple businesses I wasn’t sure if we had a relationship with them.I talked to a “Greg” who was elusive and anything but forthright.The facts are that I never did business with these people. I never gave them my phone number. I never encouraged them to call me. They were not responding to me - they actually found my personal cell phone number through a back door / slimey channel. While I’m up to my eyeballs with working through a Pandemic, they feel free to waste my time under false pretenses.I’m shocked that State Farm agents would stoop so low and I’ve shared that with their corporate team in Illinois.First telemarketers ruined landlines, then they robocall cell phones and now they are texting scams.

With the help of Sam and account manager Lauren, I was able to increase my coverage and lower my premium on Home and Auto coverage. I was able to add roadside assistance through State Farm (and drop my expensive Auto Club membership too).My new Buick does not have a spare tire. So, when my tire went flat on the Turnpike after work, I called State Farms roadside assistance. The tow truck arrived quickly and delivered my car to the tire shop of my choice. I was on my way to a high school track meet in Brunswick, and the driver kindly dropped me off at the school first before delivering my car to the Medina shop.I highly recommend Sam and his team. They really helped me get better coverage for less money.

Jessica saved me $600 a year insuring myself and 18 year old son on auto insurance. The insurance was much better and had much lower deductibles than I had with Allstate. I bundled my homeowners insurance in as well which helped me save. So happy!
