Very courteous staff that fixes corporate inventory mistakes when you call their 800 number and they reserved us a truck that wasn’t even available. I believe the “angels” that saved our day and our plans for our out of state move we’re Janie and Joey. Thank you guys so much. I will be forever grateful for all that you do.

If you are concerned about this location being open, as I was, they only have someone come open this location when they have a truck reservation scheduled. So when you show up and see the closed sign and a locked door, be patient because the person assisting you will meet you there. My assistant came just a few minutes after I arrived.The lady that assisted me was very kind and helpful! No hiccups in the process and I got my truck without issues.

Horrible customer service. I was charged $2000 over quoted price and then lied to multiple times about the end price and was basically called a liar when i did not add safe move to the contract

Two weeks ago a reserved a truck rental to move out of state. Absolutely ridiculous that I get to the location and see it is permanently closed. I called the 800 number and they told me next closest location was Portland, which is even further than where I’m moving to. Then I told them to cancel my reservation and they had the audacity to say they wanted to charge a cancellation fee for the late cancel notice! Uhaul will be getting all my business from here on out. I wish I could give a zero star review!

I was charged a $75 No Show fee by the corporate office in Tulsa, OK for a reservation that I had clearly canceled in advance. After numerous call and getting the run-around from the local Medford office and from headquarters, I was finally promised a refund. Well have to see if they follow through. Beware - If you try to rent a truck from Budget, be sure to save all the paperwork and track all your calls carefully. Good luck.

Horrible customer service. Amanda tried to charge me $30 to fill up the gas tank when it was already full. When I complained she argued with me and told me I was being rude. When she checked the truck it was indeed full of gas. No apology. Cant believe I have to raise such a stink just to be treated fairly

Ordered my truck ahead of time online, they had it here and ready. They were quick and friendly. Definitely not a 1 start type place.

I was charged for an additional day when I was charged for my rental. On top of that I was charged for not completely filling the fuel tank to the very very top (which Oregon law states, per the EPA, that you must stop pumping fuel when the pump clicks off due to the fuel reaching the end of the nozzle). This law has been in effect since 2008, yet they still require the fuel to be to the top. Considering this location is also a heavy truck repair shop, youd think theyd be aware of this.

Rented the truck from them this weekend. The cab (and the truck in general) was filthy. That isn’t the big issue though. One headlight and one reverse light are out. Seeing this makes me wonder if they do any type of safety inspection before handing off their trucks to their customers. Definitely will be filing a complaint. This is ridiculous.

Like several here I was charged double as well . I have used Budget and U-Haul numerous times in life and am not normally double charged like this . They are also not too awful quick to want to make it right - at all .

Terrible. Im not sure the man still works there, he was tall and skinny, and this incident took place in late December 2013. I was scrambling to find a moving truck to move all the belongings of my Dad, my baby brother and myself. I had never done that before and had no experience. I was under a lot of stress as my Dad was dying of cancer and died only a month afterward. The man literally laughed in my face and said that there were no trucks and that I should know that you have to reserve them a month in advance. He didnt give me any advice about what to do. I guess he decided the conversation was over because he proceeded to ignore my other questions and only directed his attention to the man that had walked in behind me. I ended up finding another company that could get me a truck that same day and managed to treat me with kindness. This is an old review so its possible that hes no longer there or their customer service has improved, but I will never conduct business here again.

BEWARE!Terrible ethics and customer service.Told one price and charged DOUBLE!The truck barely crawled up hills at 28 mph and brakes strained to stop it loaded. The rear tires were unevenly worn and missing chunks of tread. I reported all the issues and they immediately re rented it without addressing the problems.

Returned truck a day early, had to wait 6 whole days for my 150 deposit, manager doesnt trust any of her employees with checks to hand out

Just called asking about rates and was told that they dont have any trucks available. I said I hadnt even given him a specific day and he said I dont have any trucks on the lot right now. I said then I should call back NEVER? His response, ya I dont have any trucks.Can I assume its because Im a woman and he didnt want a woman driving his trucks?SHAME ON YOU.

The desk jerk was very rude. I got the manager and he proceeded to justify the rude employees behavior as frustration with the job. Manager thought he was being cute too but smartass is smartass. We dropped $2700 in this company and I expect better costomer service than some failure at life trying to be cute.
