We were in need of a truck to rent to tow my daughters camp trailer to a campsite where she will be working as a camp host. It was about 15 minutes before closing, but instead of closing up shop and saying sorry I cant help you, Jody helped us over the phone the best he could. Then he let my husband and daughter in the office to rent a truck, even after closing. When it came to the price, he made it affordable for us. We had a tight budget, we were quoted over $600 from another store and we just couldnt do it for that price.Obviously the customer service was great and we will rent from them again the next time we are in need of a truck!Thanks again Jody

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We went to put a tow hitch on our car and they had us sitting out in the rain for 6 hours. The guy couldnt figure it out and he fried our car battery. The place closed and we had to call my wifes aunt to pick us and our 3 kids up. They didnt offer a loaner car. The next day we had to tell him to just take everything off. We had to go get it done at the RV place

Generally great service, but U-Haul needs to keep their systems a little more up to date on what trailers they do and dont have
