This is the best nail shop in Oregon. Holly and Tony are talented professionals who know their stuff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were excellent. The atmosphere was pleasing. They don’t just perform beauty services here they offer a pleasing experience for their customers! I love there no rush attitude. They give each customer their full and dedicated attention and really take the time to understand exactly what outcome you’re looking for. And they put the work and the time in into bringing your vision to reality. I can’t say enough great things about these people and this business. Someone recommended it to me and now that I’ve been once I’ll never go anywhere else!!! Other nail salons I’ve visited felt like I was being pushed through an assembly line. That’s One of the many things that sets this nail shop apart these people really take the time to make you feel welcome and to give you a great experience and an amazing outcome! I like fun vibrant patterns and nail polishes and they had several to choose from

They where the absolute sweetest! So friendly and clean, I can in for a walk in and I felt bad because they seemed so busy, but they took the time to squeeze me in. Ive been going here for about three months now and I absolutely love it!!! They saved my nails from a fungus that I got from a place called KB nails over by Fred Meyers South side and they are absolutely 130% dedicated to customer satisfaction ... Such great people :)

I have been in in Oregon for about a year. I have been looking for the best place to get my nails done. Every other, and yes, I mean every other nail shop had a waiting list for weeks or they only worked on natural nails. I finally found Medford nails, and at first I was hesitant. The outside looked super small, and it is located in a TINY strip mall. I walked in and it was very small, but inviting. It is ran by a wonderful couple, Holly and Tony. Tony does all the prep work and Holly paints. They were hilarious and made it feel like home in there. They both chatted with everyone in there. We were all talking and having a great conversation! I’ve never experienced that before in a nail salon. It was awesome!! I got a full set, solar nail. Tony did an amazing job, and I really loved how he asked for my opinion as he was working. He truly cared I was getting the best service. Holly then took over and started painting my nails. Her son helped me pick out the colors that matched the picture I showed them. He was also very sweet; and he had a hoodie that said chicken nuggets on it, he was the real MVP. Holly made my nails look exactly like the picture I showed her. She did a beautiful job! She also did my pedicure, and I really love how she really took her time, cleaned up my nail beds. She even took care of a minor ingrown big toe nail for me. I didn’t even have to ask. She really had great attention to detail. This was truly one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had. The shop may be small, but the service and friendly faces inside make it feel like home!! Thank you, Medford Nails!!!!!!UPDATE:Would not return here. I went back two weeks later (less than a week ago as I am writing now) to get a fill. The colors I initially chose for my polish change they did not have. So I had to choose different colors. They went really fast and did not pay attention to detail. My real nails were not completely covered in application so the sides of my nails were bare and looked rigid. I was also cut in the process of filing my nails. They said my skin was dry and that’s why I was cut. I got a French rip with rounded nails and the color was rounded too. The color was not even and was not the same shape on each nail. They also did not clean the cuticle or remove dead skin which is why o think my nails are popping off. Not only that, but when I went to open a cabinet two of my nails literally broke off at the same time, which resulted in my actual nail ripping off with it. I didn’t not slam them into anything. The normal pressure of me gripping the cabinet handle broke the tips off. The quality of the nails this second time going was really bad. They rushed me in and out. I did not say anything at the time because I planned on getting the nails removed on the next visit to give my nails some time to breathe before putting on my next set. Over all, while the owners are lovely and I really enjoy them, I would not go back as the quality is not there, and it’s not worth the price for solar nails. Pictures below reflect updated review.

Went in to get a full set. They were lumpy looking when I walked out. But had to get back to my truck. Cause my son and friend were in there. I called to get the fixed because they started chipping. They fixed them. Now all the are popping off and I haven’t had them 2 weeks. And they said the solar nail is supposed to last longer. No it definitely doesn’t. They are super sweet people. Just the quality of the nail sucks. Definitely won’t be going back.

Even if I have a terrible experience, I don’t believe in bashing a business because maybe they were just having a bad day, and this is their livelihood.I have never had an ingrown toenail before, but while I was getting a pedicure the guy was hurting me so badly I said stop multiple times in escalating volume until I was shouting. My toe was bleeding. But that’s happened before. A week later and my toenail hurts so bad that lying in bed with a sheet touching my toe is enough to induce throbbing pain.Apart from that, the polish job was terrible (he painted over my cuticles and even my skin), I waited with my toes in the water for over half an hour WITH an appointment, and the price was significantly more than what I paid for a pedicure in San Francisco.This place is terrible, and dangerous.

My are lifting by the cuticles after two days. The staff there is extremely political and COVID crazy. They were talking negatively about people who aren’t still wearing masks and getting vaccinations. All they talked about to all their customers is COVID. They asked me about being vaccinated then tried to push their opinions on me. To top it all off they have a big old picture of Kate brown up in their office. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

They’ve been extremely kind, affordable, and personable each time I’ve gone in (been sticking with upkeep for probably 2+ months now). I don’t have any complaints. They always fit me in, they never rush me or their work, and it’s a comfortable family environment. They are cash only, which they verify both on phone if you call in as well as on a sign located at the front when you first walk in. I see complaints here— I’m a strong believer in communication and patience. If you let them know what you’re looking for, and have some patience (they’re very busy all the time), there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to find a resolution.Anyways, give them a chance! I would definitely call ahead of time for an appointment (I always do).

Very rude staff. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I ask for particular color and she told me to leave. If you don’t have enough color tell I don’t have it. You don’t need to be rude. I think because of this rudeness you have low rating.

They do ombré very well which is hard to find! Very friendly and nice. My nails look fabulous!

Got my nails done less then a week ago. I’m new to town - they are one of the few places that offered the “dip” manicure. However they topped mine with gel. She also shaved my real nails so thing, it hurt. Two of my nails (my on nails) have hence chipped and broken. They didn’t touch my cuticles. Rushed. No TV’s. I won’t be going back. And I normally get 2-3 weeks form a dip manicure, and I’ll have to get these fixed this week :-/

My sisters recommended this place to me because I was trying to find a salon that could do my nails same day no appointment, I went in at two today and tony took care of me right away. He was so nice and patient with me considering the fact that I changed the idea I had for my nails. He did an excellent job and was fast and efficient, I will definitely be returning. Holly the nail tech did an amazing job on my natural nails. Cleaned them to perfection, shaped and painted them beautifully. The massage on my pedicure wasnt the most amazing but Im there to get beautiful nails and that was achieved. Definitely will return.

First off Tony is rude and just seems to always be right, I went with a friend who is very shy and we got our nails done she didn’t say anything because she is VERY shy but she told me she just didn’t like them they were in even and not the right shape, so we went back in to get them fixed and I was trying to tell Tony my friend just didn’t like them and he looked at me and said I understand but she can tell me, and I told him no she’s shy and he just was rude said the nails he did was perfect and that her real nail was lumpy like who says that! Then he said the polish was thick and lumpy so why not change it!! We ended up leaving and just having her nails done somewhere else sooooooo not worth the money

They take appointments and do not honor them. Had a one oclock pedicure appointment. We were there at 12:55 and they had just seated someone in our spot who was a walk in. Avoid at all costs.

Before coming here I def. did my research and gave it a try. I am so disappointed in this place I dont understand how they get good reviews when in reality you are being ripped off. First of all I am not trying to be dramatic or exaggerating, simply giving my 1st impression and experience. I always get gel manicures that include, cleaning of the cuticles, your preferred nail shape, and of course the color you want! But no ladies I totally fell in the wrong hands. Tony, Hollys husband, is very rude and rough when handling manicures. He wanted to give me the shape he wanted just to get me out of there. And hurried through the gel application and never followed steps to a regular gel mani that includes cleaning of cuticles. For the wait, the price, and the service, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!! Holly is very nice and welcoming, but the fact that they do what benefits their timing is so rushed and pressured you no longer feel pampered. They charge $25 for gel mani, but add on a file & buffer $5 fee. Like really? Dont all places provide that for customers?? The price is reasonable dont get me wrong, but for their service is just BS.. Would never come back not will I recommend this place!

I like the prices, I have always gone for pedicures. Its a husband and a wife that run the place. Usually, wife does the pedicure-husband does the manicures. I have always been satisfied with my pedicures, shes pays very close to detail, painting every corner of the nail, getting every little cuticle. The husband on the other hand...........ive gone for 2 gel manicures and awful. After the first bad one, I thought Id give them a second chance to be better but nope, still awful. He does sloppy work, rushes, doesnt paint the whole nail. Bottom line: go see the wife, go for pedicure and nothing else.

Absolutely the worst pedicure I ever received! This was my first visit to Medford Nails and first pedicure in a year.I told Tony I had lots of rough skin on my heels and toes. He said, not bad and did nothing to address it. I got minimal service. Nothing to smooth my heels. No skin removed around my nails etc.I paid 32.00 despite a sign out front that said Mani-pedi spa for $35.oo. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.Oh! I forgot to mention he did a quick swipe of cotton and alcohol and threw the Clippers back in the drawer.Someone needs to call the State and have them investigated. Save your $$$and pass them by!

My first experience was me treating a friend to a pedicure and Holly did both ours and the service was great. So we went back to have our nails done and got her husband. He was rough, rude, rushed and my friends nails looked so ridiculous that we were shocked that he wasnt embarrassed of his own work. Then he did my gel polish and did not go to the ends on any of my nails, on the second coat and there were chunks of some kind of debris in the polish on three of my nails.By the time I got home they were peeling off like he had just put vinyl stickers on them. If my chances of getting good service are 50/50. Im never returning. Too bad Holly doesnt find another job for her husband to do there. Id definitely go back if she did.

I paid $52 and my nails are thick and uneven. I also asked for matte but my nails ended up looking like I had some cheap nail polish over the top that was faded. I had to paint over them. Not worth the money at all.

The guy that did my nails was very rough an rather rude. The nail on my ring finger doesnt even cover the whole nail and has a air bubble. They use actual nail polish not acurylic. I wouldnt go back.
