I went there to do acrylics and they were so pretty.! they said to wait 2 weeks until i remove them and so i did. the removal process was okay at first. but i don’t know if it was because she was rushing or what but once the main part of the acrylics were off she started to shave off sensitive parts off my nail beds to where they were thin and uneven, not the nail but the literal pink part of it. some of my fingers are now sensitive to touch and some aren’t. i’ve never had a problem with nails and always had really healthy ones. not sure how long it’ll take to get back to normal or if it ever will. the presentation parts are great, but the safety parts of it aren’t in mind completely.

I had a good experience for my first time there. One of the best customer service from start to end. Excellent gel manicure, even helped me pick out a color since I couldn’t choose. Definitely coming back!!

Susan, Danny and the staff are wonderful and professional people!!! I’ve been coming here for 2yrs and it’s definitely the best nail salon I have been to. Susan treats her customers with patience and understanding. She strives to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied! Her motto is if my customers are happy I’m happy! If it’s last minute, Susan always finds time to fit me in. They always take the time to do an amazing job and the pedicure is sooooooooo relaxing! I always get the dip powder mani. She does an amazing job with my nails. They last 3-4 weeks sometimes 5 weeks! She is very knowledgeable about the nail industry and if you ask her questions she will take the time and explain to you. So if your in the Medford area and need a manicure, pedicure or waxing try Princess Nails! You will not be disappointed!

Unsatisfied of the service, my nails after two days became dark I dont know if its the the product. Also the person who did my mani was just rushing to go serve another customer! I would have preferred them to be just honest and say theyre not available! Pedicure two was not good

I loved the service and the attentions I got here. The only thing i would improve is that if you tend to get ingrown nails, they wont proactively get them out or fix them for you, i am not sure if asking for it is something that will have them fo it (i didnt and suffered for it later on). They do a very good pedicure and the massage is everything, very relaxing. (All COVID procedures are being followed)

This is the worst set of acrylics I have ever gotten in my life. I have been doing my nails for a long time and they have never come out this terrible. First of all the gentleman was saying that he doesnt know why the nails werent sticking to my nails. He said maybe my hands had too much oil. No sir you dont know what you are doing. He wasnt applying pressure. My nails are going upwards. These nails are tragic. Do not get your nails done here.

Susan was as kind and funny as she was beautiful. Cant say enough about this wonderful place.

Danny was great! He accommodated 2 walk-ins without issue. He was friendly and thorough and my gel nails look amazing. I will definitely go back!!

The staff was nice and fit 4 of us in for manicures on short notice. However, the woman doing mine was so rough with the file that my finger bled . They also didnt do any pampering like massages, paraffin wax, etc. I was disappointed, but the real kicker was when my gel started to peel off less than a week later. Ive never had such a short lasting manicure .

It was my first time going here and I will say that the owners were so incredibly nice, very welcoming and accommodating to my needs as to make sure I was comfortable and having an overall great experience. The massage chair was amazing and my mani and pedi came out great. I highly recommend this place and will most definitely come back here again!

Today was my second visit and Im equally as impressed as last time. So much time and attention paid to your nails. And its very clear they have a lot of repeat customers. Many people came in and they greeted them warmly by name. Just found my go to salon.

Unfortunately, this place has decreased in quality and professionalism. The pedicure I got was short, didn’t include a scrub and the tools were regularly dropped on the floor. The woman I had seemed annoyed. When I tried to use a gift certificate to pay, I was told it was expired even though there was nothing on the certificate about the terms and conditions including expiry and it’s not posted in the salon. Very disappointed.

Been going here for years...clean..friendly staff...they do a great job on both nails and toes and if you need your eyebrows done they do that to...I recommend giving them a try...

My wife and some of our friends wanted to get manicures and pedicures. They wanted me to come also. So my wife made reservations and we all went. I have never done this before so I dont really have anything to compare it to. The people here were super nice and friendly to our group of 4. For the pedicure you get to sit in a massage chair, while soaking your feet in a foot spa, then they trim your nails give you a foot/calf massage. For the manicure they trim your nails and give you a hand massage. It was really nice. For groups of 3 or more I would recommend reservations.

The best nail salon experience I have ever had. Not only did they stay late to accommodate me... but they allowed me to order some food and took me to my hotel down the street since it was raining so I wouldnt get wet and mess up my nails. This is the best customer service that I have ever had at a salon..They dispelled the myth about Boston..there are nice people everywhere.

Lovely place both owners and staff . Quality work at fair price. Parking is usually easy. Great neighbors ! Mystic Roasters coffee shop and Tenoch Mexican restaurant on either side!

They always do a great mani pedi. My pedicures can be a little difficult because of my sensitive and ingrown nails.

I have been here multiple times and absolutely love the people here... They are really nice, take pride in doing their job and make your nails look amazing, I highly recommend this salon...

I was visiting my daughter and she always goes to princess nails. I was very happy with how friendly they were and they do a fabulous job.

My daughter has been a client here for 9 years. I would occasionally join her during my visits. They remember everyones name! So accommodating and nice. The pedicures are wonderful. Love the hot stones, nice touch! My daughter has had manicures as well, always satisfied. I am a full-time Medford resident now and wouldnt go anywhere else​.

I used to come here a lot before the new owners took over. My manicure was fine but my pedicure was awful. I felt rushed, my nail polish looked awful and I hated the way they cut my toe nails. Ultimately, I decided that I needed a new nail salon.

One word: SLOPPY. I’m baffled by the good reviews, this place is a dump. It’s dirty inside, and no surprise, that should have been my first clue that this salon simply does NOT have an eye for detail. The owner, Yvonne I believe was her name, did my nails, and honestly they looked better when I came in than when I came out. The acrylic is lumpy and the polish is uneven, half of it is on my cuticles. Sadly I chose red gel polish, so the mistakes are even more apparent. When I asked for her to fix each detail I noticed looked off along the way, she tried to oblige, but she literally couldn’t see what I was talking about. Sorry, but it’s never a good sign when your nail technician wears reading glasses and moves your hand around to try and focus...She also cut me to the point where I’m bleeding in several places. I can’t really distinguish what is blood or nail polish at this point.Furthermore, I had called the day prior to make an appointment the next morning. Yvonne insisted that they were busy the next day but she could fit me in if I came at 9:45 before they opened at 10:00. She double checked that I would definitely make that time, and I promised I would. As it turned out, no one showed up to even open the shop until 9:55, on a freezing cold January day when it is FIVE DEGREES outside. When I got in, we got down to business and I had to keep my coat and scarf on the whole time because the heat wasn’t on!At the end, I told her I can’t in good conscience pay the full price for this experience. She proceeded to grab my hand, pull me over to another customer in the middle of a manicure, and put that customer on the spot by asking what that customer thought of her work. I told her it’s not fair to put other customers in this position, and that I also do not think it’s fair to charge me full price, and cited all the reasons about why this has been a terrible experience. She insisted I owed her $38, so I paid her with American Express, who I know will get my money back and is intolerant of bad business experiences like these.Needless to say, that is my first and last time at this place. Good luck and good rittance.

I did a regular pedi and mani and the polish chipped of even before coming home. Disappointed.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend. There were black specks on all my nails at the end, and the person in charge was quite rude when I tried to leave. There are options in the area.
