I cant believe it. The incompetency of this group. I wanted my apartment rug washed over the weekend, but he said that instead he could schedule me on Monday, at 1:00pm, and it would cost $100.00 instead of $150.00.So here I have prepared my apartment for my 1:00pm appointment today, and it is 1:00pm, so I call them to find out where they are. The fellow then says, oh, hi, it is you, I was trying to reach you to reschedule your appointment because we had something come up that we went to do the job. OMG, that was so rude. They totally blew me off. Nobody called me, no message, or anything, and what a bunch of baloney. They obviously bumped me for someone else after they had already set the appointment set in the first place. So unprofessional. Never trust these guys. What a waste of time and labor for me trusting them to do the job today that was suppose to be, but they obviously dont respect their word or their customers. 9/16/21 -Just read the owners response, and what a lying response and excuse to cover up your careless irresponsibility to customer care. You continue to show your lack of integrity or professionalism. Bad, bad, bad.

The people at Spectrum Cleaning are the people you are looking for to clean your carpets forever.Our carpet was exceptionally dirty and we needed some areas of the carpet fixed up. They were nothing but positive towards any issue we could throw at them. They were polite, professional, and went above and beyond what we expected from our carpet cleaners.We were in the process of moving out of our Apartment and I was having trouble moving my TV stand out to the moving truck. Nate, our carpet technician, immediately offered to help when he noticed we were having trouble. I felt completely comfortable with Nate being in our home.Wheat, the owner, also stopped by our house during the cleaning to help with some of the carpet repair. He is one of the most likable guys I met in the Rouge Valley. He has integrity and he is someone who is easy to do business with.I really cannot recommend Spectrum Cleaning enough. The best part of all of this is, even though they gave me great work and great service, they still gave me the most affordable price.
