Lonnies son Mike, and Nathan, came to clean our carpets again today. We hired them because they were great to work with last time. Mike took the time to explain our options and the results we could expect. Both of these young men were very courteous, careful and a joy to work with.

I would like to respond to the customer that lost her deposit due to all the urine that her service dog done to this property. Hi Tech cleaning did everything possible that any professional carpet cleaner could due. unfortunately lack of cleaning up after your service dog damage the carpet. The home owner had to be replace the carpet so that she could rent this property. This is not fault of Hi Tech Cleaning inc. We are very professional and honest to are customer and owners.

I hired Hi-Tech Cleaning to do my carpets on moving out of my rental. They were quick, thorough, and extremely professional. Definitely worth hiring.

Awful business move! Two-sided crooks. I hired this company to clean the light blue carpets on a home I was moving out of. There were several stains from my service dog on the carpet and 2 tea stains. They lightened the stains but did not remove them. My landlord came to the home and they were speaking about the stains giving her my receipt for the cleaning and later wrote her a letter siding with her for keeping my $2600 security deposit!!! Not cool.

They are the best.
