I would recommend this company to anyone with big or small job. They are very professional, honest and courteous. I rented from CPM management and they almost tried to make me pay for carpet cleaning again $150.00. The owner of New View Carpet Cleaning called them on my behalf to ensure the carpets were cleaned, I paid the invoice and then had photos as proof!! As an investigator, I was highly impressed; they are amazing and did their due diligence above and beyond!!

When we first called, it didn’t take long to get an appointment and the appointment was in the time frame we were hoping for. This was a great experience. Integrity, exceptional customer service, and very affordable. Our carpet is at least 30 years old, and had stains from animal feces. They cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms and the hallway. They were honest with me in telling me which stains would come and and which ones would not. We were extremely happy with the carpet cleaning we requested. I told Timmie that I didn’t want to waste either of our time since it seemed like a lost cause. These guys are great! But I also want to mention Timi. She explained the WHY of thorough carpet cleaning. .the detail of why, what and how a good job actually entails.. deep pre vac ( my vac doesnt do that good a job), a fork- looking gizmo to take up dog/ cat hair ( like thatching my lawn!), etc. They went into places where poor filtering left dark lines in between wall and carpet (I couldnt get it out w/crevice tool on my vac)...well....its gone now!! This carpet is old.. .many previous renters . Lots of pets! But youd never know it. Yes. A little bit more expensive.. .but SOOOOOO glad I did it!! Thank you guys and Timi!!

Aaron and New View are great! Th company I work for uses them frequently and they are always top notch. He recently helped to remove a gnarly stain from my personal residence. Our dog had gotten into the leftover xmas candy, and fortunately for everyone (except the rug) it did not sit well... Yup, chocolate dog vomit. Every remedy we tried did not suffice. Aaron handled it no problem and still weeks later there is no evidence.

Aaron is very personable and does great work! The carpets are mostly dry by the time he finishes and all the spots were taken care of. I’ve got a lot of traffic through my house and I was so impressed with how clean the carpets got!

I have two puppies. During our potty training period they had several accidents on our bedroom carpet. I had read good reviews about New View Carpet Cleaning so gave them a try. Their representative was prompt at coming out and explained what and how odor and stain removal was done and she fully answered all of the questions that I had. I wanted just that one room done and that was no problem at all for them. They were here the following week and did a fantastic job of removing all of the odor and potty spots. The service person was courteous, professional and thorough. (They both wore masks and being a senior and in todays environment, that is really important to me.) We have used NewView four times now and have had exceptional experiences every time. They are thorough in their work from start to finish. The carpets do not have any chemical odors when they are finished (which is important to our family). Old stains that we fought for years using Rug Doctor are no longer there. Yes, it costs more than Rug doctor, but it is worth every penny. Our carpets are cleaner with NV than when we did it ourselves; are not as wet afterwards and dry time is quicker. They are also much faster, not to mention they clean their equipment between jobs! Our carpets are 22 years old and they look like new. They are magicians with their profession. Highly recommend.

Aaron is a combination between an artist and a scientist/chemist. He took such insanely great care of two Moroccan rugs which are very dear to me, making sure the colors were stable. When he determined that the colors on one werent stable, he sent away for a product from a rug master back East. When he returned them to me, he pointed out tiny areas he wasnt perfectly satisfied with, but they were invisible to me. Hes really quite masterful and takes his work very seriously. Even if we didnt live in Southern Oregon, I think I would find a way to work with him from a distance. Hes that good.

New View is more than just a great business. These folks are wonderful people who care to give their best to make your life better. My husband and I had a VERY difficult situation where our beloved family dog had a crisis last day of his life,and sparing you all the graphic details our house and carpets were ruined for certain.
