Working with Kim at Phamtastic was great! She is professional and friendly. She made it easy to bring my car in and did an amazing job buffing out a scratch on my car. I was told a time frame for how long it may take and was happily surprised when she let me know it was finished sooner. I am going back for auto detailing and would highly recommend Phamtastic for any service!

Kim does a great job. I tried to wet sand some scratches and ended up marring my paint. She was able to fix my work and had my ride looking great again!

She flaked on us 3 times.. Never called us back and no showed for our boat detail. tried rescheduling 3 times with her. I had proof of text messages back and forth how we were on her books for 3 vehicles, then tells me, you are not on the books for an appointment, yet I have her text messages stating we had multiple appointments and dates down.

Kimberly did an amazing job on my Acura, and that thing was filthy. It genuinely looked like new when we came to pick it up. Plus she was super nice and had it done when she said it would be. Definitely bringing all my vehicles to her from now on. Highly recommend!

I took my smelly messy 13 year old Jeep Liberty to Kim Pham at Phamtastic Mobile Detailing to prepare it for gifting to my granddaughter. I was embarrassed by the dog hair all over the inside and dog licks on the back windows but had heard such great comments from people at work who knew of her work so I took a chance and dropped it off to her. When I saw my car later on that day I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my Jeep was and and how much it looked like a brand new car all over again. These two ladies are simply amazing. They take their time, are honest, are trusting, and do an incredible job. I took in my motorhome to fix some major swirl marks from the last detailing shop and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. They are very friendly, down to earth people. I even left the first day and came back the second day without having to pay before I left. This shows they are honest, trustworthy people. Finding honest, hardworking people is rare now but these two ladies are a real gem.

My SUV looked BRAND NEW when she was done. Kim is ridiculously nice, and an expert detailer. We highly recommend getting your car detailed here.

Kimberly & Kimber are simply the best detail shop in Southern Oregon. They have kept my F-150 in showroom condition for the past year and a half. There nothing too tough for them to handle. They removed the smell of spilled crab water with ozone treatments. I didnt think it could be done. Book early as Southern Oregon has discovered them.
