I love these two!! Mike and Denise are so amazing. I needed my truck detailed in a bind because we are trying to sell it! They had no openings for a month (which isnt surprising) but they had a cancellation and got me in the next day! Not only does it look LIKE new, they even did some extra details to make sure it looked perfect for us. Thank you guys ❤️

Up until now Ive been a DIY-er to wash & wax our vehicles regularly. But this time the 07 Element was covered in a mist of sap that I could not remove after trying all sorts of suggestions. Hats off to Mike and his staff for an outstanding job. With 97K miles on the ODO, the E now looks better than ever. Well be taking our other car there shortly for detailing. I took my 1997 Cadillac deville in on September 16, I chose this place because of the reviews! I, was absolutely thrilled when I picked up my car, it literally looked like it had a new paint. My father passed and the car had been parked underneath a pine tree and covered in pitch from the tree for over a year, never thought it could look so good. I, have gotten so many compliments, with who cleaned your car!! If you need your car detailed, this is a place to heavily consider. I, would have given 5 stars which I seldom do. When I made the appointment, I was told it would cost$175.00 for just the exterior, which was fine. When I arrived, I was told it would be $225.00, which I refuse, but settled for $200.00, I had waited almost 3 weeks. Communication, Communication, is as vital as the work performed! The person I believe his name is Mike failed, to leave the price. However, they did a great job, I will just make sure the price quoted, is what I pay!!

Mike is very knowledgeable and great to chat with. They did an awesome job cleaning my dirty C30 — spider webbing and swirls taken care of. When you make your appointment, it may be a couple weeks out before they can get you in. Try to be patient because the quality of work is well worth the wait.

You get what you pay for. Hands on detail has slightly higher prices but always do a great job. Hand wash and vacuum leave me driving away in a clean truck!

They really do the best job. We’ve brought both of our vehicles here and each time have gotten them back cleaner than expected. They didn’t leave a single piece of dog hair behind! Highly recommend

Id give them five stars but they dont wear face masks. The first time I went in I thought maybe a male staffer just forgot. But the second time, a woman was working the counter and she didnt wear a mask either. She seemed proud of it? Im really concerned about their lack of respect for their customers health.

A friend dumped a cup of coffee complete with cream in my front seat. Hands On Detailing completely removed all evidence of the coffee and stain. Only the front seats were to be cleaned but when I picked the car up, they had cleaned the back seat as well! They have my business 👍

My wife took her car in to get an interior and exterior detail along with them applying sealant after filling our rock chips. When we got the car back, they did nothing to the interior besides wipe a little gloss on the steering wheel and the exterior was dirty and rushed. Not only that, they were supposed to use the touch up paint we gave them to fill the rock chips and they ended up filling putting touch up paint on the bugs that they didnt wash off in the first place. When we took a closer look at our car at home, we had bugs sealed into our car and there were many small scratches all over the car.At first, the owner seemed really nice, professional, and embarrassed of the poor job they did. Attempting to take the high road, we settled for a $225 refund (total was $325) because he offered to do the job correctly and not rushed on a different scheduled day. When we told him about the scratches, we asked for a full refund. He started changing his tone, lying about first offering us a full refund for a poor job, and told us the scratches were already there. The car is brand new and we baby that thing like no other, to the point where we knew how many rock chips needed to be filled when we brought it in.I would avoid this place at all costs. It was really easy for him to act professional until he had to stand up for his work (or lack thereof). He is just a coward and a crook that doesnt believe in upholding the integrity of his business. We eventually took our car to Lithia Toyota, where they told us it was the worst detailing job theyve ever seen and that it didnt even feel like they applied any sealant to begin. If you dont like being scammed and lied to, dont take your car to Mikes Hands on Detailing. This is my first time ever writing a review on a place so I just want to inform whoever reads this NOT to take their car here.

Had the best experience with Mikes hands on detail. Right when I walked in the door I was greeted with so much kindness and left with such pleasure. Absolutely was impressed with the outcome of my car they even did a little more than I asked for. I would recommend this place to anyone. They offered us a fair quote for a full detail of our pickup before we put it up for sale, and to say they did a great job is an understatement. The truck was done quickly, and cleaner than I ever would have dreamed possible. They were careful to sanitize everything and took all social distancing precautions during this COVID pandemic, and were extremely kind and professional throughout. Our truck sold for well above bluebook value within a week! Well certainly use them again in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh clean ride.

Although I was told the job was finished, when I arrived I found numerous areas where the work was not completed or which were actually untouched. After about 1/2 hour with the manager and one or two of the staff, the car was finally ready. Even though they performed a number of specific tasks during the full day that they had the car, I got the impression that nobody bothered to take a step back and ask themselves Have we actually detailed the car?The customer needing to perform a detailed inspection is not consistent with a $$$ price.

I had sap covering my whole car, I didn’t even think it could come off. But these guys made the car look perfect and new again.... And then I got more sap on it… I guess I’ll be going back to them now. LOL

This place is absolutely top notch. Tiny details you would not expect in a car detailing are included. We have taken 4 of our vehicles to Mike (2 of them to have detailed prior to selling). His work is absolutely phenomenal, not to mention his customer service and genuine down-to-earth attitude. Your vehicle will look (and feel!) like brand new. Skip the cheapo sub-par detailing places and get it done perfectly every time. Well done...keep up the amazing work.

See notes below for details on ratings.Interior - 5 stars Nothing was missed and every detail was perfect.Exterior - 4 stars All glass and metal was perfect, however black plastic trim and/or parts (i.e. mirror backs/arms, lower front air dam, rear bumper step and upper wheel wells) were not at the same cleaned/dressed level as the rest of the vehicle, and the truck bed had not been touched at all.Excellent customer service and management/staff.

Excellent service! I had every stain you could imagine in my truck; juice, coffee, syrup, candy, mud, etc. Got it back and it looks absolutely brand new! Even got a thank you card from them. I should be the one sending the thank you card! So 5 stars is my thank you card :) If you need some serious clean, this is the place to go!

If you fly out of Medford airport put your money towards a detail and leave your car with Mike. He will give you a ride to airport or pick up your car from there. They do our personal and business vehicles several times a year and instead of parking fees it goes towards a detail. Great service keep up the great work Mike!
