I have used Solar Shield for many vehicles. They have great prices and do excellent work.They even work weekends occasionally to accommodate.I have had paint protection done as well as window tinting.I’ve called around, their prices are very fare, especially considering the quality of work they do.Been using them since 2015, 7 different vehicles.I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Jackson, Klamath or Josephine county.There shop is SUPER CLEAN, which says a lot. The owner has always been there and has never tried to “sell me” on anything.I have never had any issues.

Great atmosphere to wait for my car to get done. Crazy LED lights above garage is something you won’t see anywhere else, very professional compared to other tinting shops. Came all the way from Grants Pass and was running 10 min late, called to give the heads up and the receptionist (can’t remember the lady’s name) was very kind and understanding. Upon arrival, they were waiting and ready for me to get going.Before getting started, I was asked a couple questions to make sure they met my needs and I appreciate that! He said tinting my windows would take about 1.5 hours to complete. They finished exactly on time!Watching through the lobby window, you can tell they took their time and had great attention to detail. My windows turned out EXCELLENT with no air bubbles or blemishes (something I experienced with my old car at another window tinting shop in Medford).Very happy with Solar Shield and glad I chose them after researching all tinting places between GP and Medford. Great quality, customer service, and a job well done.10/10 will be coming back again!

We recently had Brian and Solar Shield apply the Ceramic Pro coating to the paint on our 2019 Motorhome. They did an excellent job, on time and at the agreed price. RV looks great and will be much easier to wash. In the past we have had Brian apply window film on large picture windows in our previous home as well as UV limiting ceramic film on our RV windshield and side windows. They do professional work and I highly recommend them!!

I had solar shield material installed on all Windows on the West side of my home. During the hottest part of the day my Home Office would get up to 95ﾟ, even with the AC on! Since installation Ive cut it least 25% of the heat and it is awesome. I cant speak enough about their timeliness quality of product and service

They messed my tinting up They refuse to refund my money and they sent it to the wrong address and refuse to fix it I would not recommend using this company for anything when I complained the lady threatened to come rip my tinting off my windows

I had my front driver and passenger windows tinted. I am moving to Arizona soon. I wanted to get my clear windows tinted before I go. I am very happy with the workmanship. The ceramic tint has already made a huge difference in keeping my Jeep cooler. I will go back again and get the back windows done with another dark layer to really block out the sun. Fair price, great job, nice people.

Zak at Solar Shield was very professional in helping me get the best product for my price range! He understood what I was looking for in a car that I may not have much longer and didnt try to upsell me on items that werent applicable to my need. Also, even on top of his booked out schedule he let me know of an opening he had to squeeze me in! All in all O was very impressed and will definitely be taking him more business!

Solar Shield is excellent. Over the years I have had Brian window tint 7 different cars for me personally, ranging from standard tint to high end ceramic and metal. The only hiccup I ever had was pretty minor but immediately corrected.He has also installed a huge set of power blinds where I work that have turned out to be a life saver during the winter months with the morning sun being so low. We are having him do additional work with more blinds soon.Its nice to have a local small business owner who really cares about their customers and works hard to insure they are satisfied. I have referred over a dozen people to him over the years and have heard nothing but praise for his work. I recommend him highly.

My truck was just too hot but I wasnt sure what tint I wanted put on. After researching different tints and calling different shops, solar shield is the only shop that carries the Autobahn film which seems to be pretty high quality with a lifetime warranty. I was showed all the different window tint and how much heat they cut. I went with the i3 film and it has been a night and day difference. Was a bit of a bummer I couldnt get scheduled sooner, but any place that has customers lined up for weeks must be quality. I will most definitely be bringing all my future vehicles back.

Brian and Zach are very professional and does high quality work. I had the autobahn i3 ceramic completed all around on my SUV and the work was phenomenal. I notice the car is cooler in the sun and direct sunlight on my arm is barely noticeable. I definitely recommend Solar Shield for their outstanding work.

During the pandemic, sad that being inside Zach failed to wear a mask upon my entering, twice, upon governors directive. This is the first car I’ve bought without tint already do unsure of the process. They clearly washed the windows and let the drips down the side if the car without wiping up or washing thoroughly; there is a seen and uneven cut in the hatchback window which I was told was pre cut and mounted; I definitely went too dark with the tint of course that’s on me, but it was rushed and pressure with little swatches to choose from. There are small scratches I didn’t notice before, could be old but seems to be inside the tint. Mission accomplished but there’s nothing that stands out about service or $500 later that deserves 5 stars or a referral. But they sent me this link...

Solar Shield did a fantastic job on my 2008 Lexus ES. Easily made appointment, they gave me a 24 hour reminder, actually stayed a bit late to get my car in the night before, and had the work done promptly. Nice price, several tints to choose from. Do yourself a favor...call Solar Shield !!!Update:. Just completed the install for our new Avalon XSE. WOW !!! What a fantastic job... Got the heat control film this time. Its over 100 degrees again today and what a difference inside the car. Weve got a black dash and interior and it gets dangerously hot. Not anymore...we got the 88% reduction film and its now much cooler. Looks great too !!!

This place is the best hands down. These guys know their stuff. I have had 4 cars tinted in Southern Oregon and this is the only place that I did not end up with dirt bubbles in the tint. Very fast, and the price was really good too (I got the really good stuff). One thing that I really liked was the accidental damage warranty on the tint itself. I am booking a clear bra as soon as they get back from their ongoing training they just attended! Thanks guys!

Brian Malone did an awesome job with my BMW, he was very easy to work with and totally upfront. I decided to go with 5% ceramic tint and the difference is literally night and day, not only in brightness but also in heat absorption. As far as price, I believe Brian is very good for the quality of work, materials, and time without a car. If your considering window tint or heat-shielding your interior, I highly recommend Solar Shield.

My expectations were more than i was hoping for. My tint made a world of difference espeacially with the heat shield tint. If your going to get a tint job definatley pay the extra for it. Quality products and the service isn’t terrible however, I have been back twice to get blemishes/particles removed and tint redone on the same vehicle yet still looks like glitter under the tint. My third time in they removed the tint and refunded me

Materials and warrantys

Didn’t show up for bid when he said he would. I called the next day to see what happened and reschedule and the man was unapologetic and stated “we got busy and forgot”. Would’ve been fine but his tone was not sincere at all.Cannot review the work though! I bet they do a good job. Just don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism.

Had my trucks tinting done here. Out of all the places I called they were the friendliest which was a huge plus, and the only ones I found to offer warranty. The warranty covers accidental scratching of the film or if it peels off or anything, they’ll replace it at no charge for the life life of the vehicle. Great people and customer service.

Best place to get your windows tinted, a clear bra or a paint protectant. I have been using Brian for many years with many vehicles. He does an outstanding job.

Got the Ceramic Pro coating on my Ram ProMaster and Ceramic i3 window tint on all my van windows. The film makes a big difference in the amount of heat coming through the glass on a sunny day. Definitely worth the money. My van has never looked better. I do have one regret...................I wish I would have done this sooner!

Recently had my car tinted and I’m totally blown away with the quality! Not only do they have a very helpfully friendly staff, they know their stuff! I got educated on the products that were going on my car! Along with the tint I also got ceramic pro put on the body and interior of my car. I live on a dirt road so my car is always dirty. Because of the ceramic pro everything falls right off. Now when I drive down a dirt road my car looks better than brand new!

Brian is the BOMB!!! I know nothing about window tinting. I had asked a few people for some recommendations, did some research online and then I saw Brians Solar Shield website! Wow! I was very impressed with the awards Brian has earned. He must really know his stuff!So, along with his expertise and having the lowest price in the area of the 3 I checked, I decided to make an appointment with him. The window tinting is beautiful! I couldnt find any flaws or problems!Brian is is one of the nicest business owners Ive ever met. Hes friendly and helpful and doesnt make you feel like just another customer.Also, even though he had warned me about this, I accidentally let my seat belt recoil too quickly and sure enough, it hit the window and made an itsy bitsy mark!
