Well, I feel like a weenie because I forgot my hairstylists name, BUT, she was great. Good cut and asked me exactly what I wanted which was nice because a lot of times they just round off my neckline or chop my sideburns off and Im like uh, okay well I guess ill have to like it!Anyways, got a shampoo after and the whole experience was awesome. Will be back to that location.Also, they took some good precautions to make me feel safe while COVID is going on. Highly recommend.

So it was a little scary. The haircutter was mildly friendly. But she cut off a lot of my hair dry. And super fast. Maybe thats why they are called SUPER cuts. Like, I sat down she didnt even comb or wet it. She just started chopping. I still gave 3 stars because it doesnt look that bad.

They do a decent job and dont mind that I have my service animal with me while I get my haircut that really matters to me. I docked them a star because there online check in didnt work I definitely did it correctly but when I got there she said I wasnt checked in.

Amazing. I went to another place right before and was told to go buy a mask. So my haircut was going to be 40 dollars. This place had one i could buy for a dollar. I went in and got my hair cut and i was totally blown away by how fast and clean the girl meli did her job. Ill be coming here from now on.

After receiving a bad haircut from another hair salon, I read the reviews on Supercuts on Center Drive, Medford and asked for Wendy. She listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell when the person cutting your hair is a professional and she certainly is!

My son and i just had our haircut at the Super Cuts on Center Dr. In Medford. My sons only had his haircut a few times and can still be a little apprehensive.Amber was amazing with him! He had a great experience(and that means i did too) because of her!And she did a great job on his hair too!Thank you!!!

Way too expensive. I went in to insure about the price for a basic mens haircut, and was extremely disappointed. It was nineteen dollars! For a basic haircut! No styling, no product, just the most simple of trims. Nothing extra! Truth be told, though, every haircut place is too expensive. Better off having a friend do your hair.Hope this helps.

I told her I had a bad experience last time I went and the lady didnt cut nearly as much as I wanted cut off. She gave it a dusting. Told her I wanted drastic this time.... Oh goodness. Never again. She did the same thing as the last lady. I feel like they are taught to play it safe or something. Anyways, for a trim, they are fine. Anything else, go someplace else.

They were really busy when I came in with my son for a haircut but the staff was super friendly and took my sons name and suggested we come back in 40 or so minutes. We said wed be about an hour. When we came back in there was only 1 person already in chair getting a haircut in front of us. My son is extreme ADHD and was pushing every button I had and it was obvious to all. However the nicest stylist took my son and worked her magic on him and his mood in turn uplifting my mood! She did an OUTSTANDING job on a restless 6 year old and I am forever grateful we went there!

Ive waited for over a hour a half and when i came in for the time they set I atill had another person she put in front of me than says sorry well be closing at 7 and Im going to be able to get to you.. 1 person working and clearing her way of scheduling is horrendous taking walk ins in front of you .. Long wait on a Sunday, but in the end my 13 year old son said it is the best haircut ever! It was worth the wait on the end.

I have received the best haircuts since I first went in to south Medford Supercuts over a year ago. My hair is difficult to say the least. Its wavy and coarse, I have cowlicks all over the place and I like my hair on the long side for a guy. But I want it to look as best it can while I still have it, I am 52. The person who gave me all of these great haircuts is Stacey. She has an intuitive ability when it comes to haircuts. I saw her cut other peoples hair before me, from really short high and tight to really long and layered, and she aced it every time. She is now the manager of five stores, so I might have a hard time finding her there, but shes worth it. Thank you Supercuts.

What a waste of time and money my husband took my 6 year old in for a hair cut. doesnt look like anything is even cut off and it was over 16 bucks dont waste your time or money!!!! im so upset with this.

So glad I found this place! Stacey is the best! She definitely has a love for hair and she takes great care of her clients.
