Pinky’s has now become my main mechanic for all my trucks needs. I didn’t have a usual mechanic since I rarely had issues with my truck before. The staff and owner are amazing and friendly and really helped me out in fixing up my old girl.I think it was decently priced for all of the work they put into my truck. Thank you and your staff so much and anyone looking for a fantastic mechanic should totally pick this mechanic! Pinky is the best!

So my inspection was up and I called for an appt. Mark answered the phone and told me to come on down. When I arrived I walked into an immaculate waiting area where Mark was waiting with a pleasant smile ready to help. They took my car in and as they worked on it, he kept me informed about what was happening the whole time. The workers in the back were also top notch. As a woman who knows nothing about cars its sooo refreshing to feel comfortable knowing you are not getting ripped off or pressured into something you dont need. It was such a great experience that I will continue to go there for all of my car needs.

Definitely going back! The staff there were so accommodating and very nice. They were very busy, but were able to squeeze me in for an inspection. I was in and out with in 30 min. Very grateful for that, and its Pink!

Went there for the first time because I saw a special for a blended synthetic oil change for 27.99, they told me it would be alittle more for full synthetic. When they finished they told me I needed 4 new tires which I had 2 new already, they said because I have all wheel drive which I dont I have have front wheel drive then they charged me 74 dollars for oil change. This place is a RIP off, dont go there.

I went in to have my tire light looked at and it turned out I needed 4 new tires. I was not happy with this fact, but the owner made me comfortable and showed me all of the things wrong with the tires. It was literally done in 40 minutes the next day and I did not feel taken advantage of, in fact I felt he cared about my safety. I will be going back to Pinkys for all of my car needs. AMEN to an honest owner!

Ive been going to Pinkys for a little over a year now. I truly appreciate that Mark wants to make sure that customers, especially women, are fully informed and educated about their cars and the repairs needed. This is NOT the norm in most shops. I am most appreciative of the extra effort Mark showed in getting my timing belt changed recently so that I would not be without my car for work the following day. So far, its all 5 stars from me!

10/10 would recommend, especially if you have an unfortunate run-in with a pothole on the LIE and need someone to pick you up in a tow truck, change a busted tire, and fix a bent rim. Prompt, professional, and reasonable. Would go out of my way to bring a car to them again.

If youre looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place to go. Mark is very honest, kind and doesnt try to beat you with bogus prices. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Mark was super helpful, and helped me pick the best quality product for the best deal. He took time to explain/update me on what was going on with my car and give me a great result!! Great customer service. I called for a quote and they were able to give me a ballpark range depending on what my car needed. When I arrived they checked me in right away and were able to take my car. They checked everything for me not just what I requested to be fixed . I never felt swindled or like they were trying to get anything extra. They showed me the problem and told me the cost for everything they found and kept me updated every step of the way.

Went there after 2 other shops failed to fix auto problem, 1 shop charged $400 for repairs that didnt fix problem, one shop estimated $1200 but wouldnt guarantee it would fix problem. Pinkys look car over thoroughly and gave options of repairs new needed now and those that could wait. Repairs fixed problem. Would highly reccomend for skill and honesty. Will use them for all my auto needs.

After Bob had sold his business to Mark, I was concerned, but ever since he took over I have never felt more comfortable with another mechanic. Just like Bob did he takes very good care of our families cars and does what he promises. I trust him completely.

Mark the owner is a very honest Mechanic. Brought my car there for work on the exhaust system and he showed me what was wrong, had the parts delivered within 30 minutes and replaced the parts very quickly. After the work was done Mark again showed me the work they did. Great value. Will be back.

I went in for brand new tires installed and they were very courteous, I told them that I couldnt leave the car there for that I had no ride and they took that into consideration and took care it right away, and on top of that they did obdll test and found a few things wrong which was really nice of them considering that I just had gotten the vehicle used and the check engine light was on and now I can continue to fix the vehicles problems. Once again Mark @pinkys was able to take us in on the spot because the check engine light came on on our 07accord. After checking the light and assessing the situation he then checked the brakes and tires for us as well. I know most shops out there charge an hour labor which can be upwards of $80. Mark at Pinkys took care of us again. Professional, courteous, speedy, and polite. I will bring my care to Pinkys only!!!!!

Very honest shop, none in Medford or patchogue that I know of who isnt trying to hit you over the head each time you go in. Mark and his crew are experts on what they do never been disappointed.

This is my first time going to Pinkys. Ive been going to Bob for years with all my cars (son and daughters too) because he was as honest as you can find. So it is no wonder when he sold his business he would find someone as honest as he was. I wouldnt expect anything less from Bob. Well my first experience with Mark at Pinkys was great. He went above and beyond for my daughters car (and was very interesting to talk to). Im looking forward to bringing my own car in to Mark for a much needed oil change.

Went there yesterday for an oil change and Inspection. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair. Glad I found them. Will make them my number one go to for service. Highly recommended.

I could not be more pleased with Pinkys Auto Service. I brought my car in for an evaluation because it was making noise and had not been serviced in a few years. After Mark evaluated it, he gave me a list of the things that needed to be done. He was kind enough to tell me what order they should be done in and did not pressure me to do all of them at once. That was very impressive. I took a leap of faith and decided to do all of the repairs that he recommended. He told me that when I got my car back it would drive like a new car. After a few tweaks, that is exactly how it rides. After purchasing a headlight bulb for my car at a local auto parts store, they didnt have anyone on hand to install the bulb for me.I took my chance and stopped by Pinkys . I walked in, cold. (No call ahead) .I explained to the woman at the desk my dilemma. A very nice gentleman MARK came out and installed the bulb for me. We did exchange some light conversation, but most of all I was really very happy that Pinkys came to the rescue of an unknown neighbor with a simple (for them) fix.Thank you so much Mark, thank you to Pinkys. Amazing experience! I came in because my car was making a loud rattling noise. They knew what the problem was immediately, put it up on the lift and fixed it in 10 minutes. Best customer service on Long Island. Honest and experienced

So i am at work this morning and ran something over. Exhaust just broke on my nissan sentra. I called pinkys. They took me in on the spot and fixed my exhaust. The entire team there is fast professional friendly and reliable. He actually showed me what was broken on my car before doing the work!! They saved my day and my job!! Pinkys just gained a customer for life!!!

Friendly and Honest Staff! Ive had bad experiences in the past with mechanics but after my first visit at Pinkys, Ive made them my regular Auto Service Center! Every time I leave from there I feel confident with my car and my bank account is not broken.

Love the guy. An honest mechanic who are rare these days.The only thing i dont like about this place is their timings. They close at 5 and arent open on the weekends but i still go to them over all the loosers out there.

First time at Pinkys. Had my 2012 Focus towed there with a no-start condition. Mark called at 7:30pm to say that the transmission control module (TCM) had gone bad, but that he wanted to do a little research and would call back the next day. I was thinking (ka-ching!) BIG bucks. He called and said that he had talked to Ford and that there was a recall on that TCM and it was still covered under warrantee. Had it towed to Ford dealer who had it in their shop for 3 days fixing everything. My thanks to Mark - he could have soaked me for $2000 or more. Hard to find that type of diligence and honesty these days!

My wife and I have been going to Mark for yesrs.He is the owner of pinkys on route 112.He is a straight up guy. He cares about his customers and he always looks out for your safety when it comes to your car. I have my whole family going to him for all our repairs.
