Very very professional. I made an appointment, for some reason it didnt show but they took me anyway. They also took me even though the mechanics were going on their lunch breaks. Super customer service!!!!!

This Mazda dealer is the best. I came in without an appointment and they checked my car in right away. The service clerk Raven was so professional and courteous she was able to get me a courtesy vehicle and my vehicle was available for pick up by the end of day. I have a luxury car in the family and when I take that other car to the bmw dealership they are not as courteous and efficient as Mazda 112
