Top quality service and customer experience! I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go for a flat tire. I found Jack’s on Google and I came in around rush hour on a weekday morning. They helped me right away, quickly troubleshooted, and named the total cost. They replaced the tire on the spot. I mentioned another tire had been a problem for years- since I bought the car (no other mechanic could find or fix it). They found and patched it no problem. They also took care of my annual inspection. Straightforward and fair pricing, easygoing and not pushy. Eli is chill. The whole thing happened in less than an hour; I didn’t need to get a ride and come back. I feel lucky I found this place!

Gas pump attendant was exceptionally rude and abrasive when I had to fill up. I asked him how his day was to try and cut the tension but all he did was cut me a dirty look and grunt. If you’re in the area and need gas, go to the Mobil and fill up. This is the first and last time I’ll patronize this filling station.

Awesome place, professional. They are better then Grava Jeep. I was an employee at Grava and I used Jacks because their service was better as was the quickness of their techs.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I had a brake line leak on my 07 Silverado and they had some issues with it that they told me about. They had to work on it much longer than anticipated and still never increased prices from what they quoted me. I’ve had mechanics in the past make up reasons to collect more if things go wrong in a repair. The guys at Jacks keep it honest and nothing can compete with that. They have replaced my starter, my battery, and do all of my oil and maintenance. I almost exclusively get gas at Jacks for me and my wife’s car simply because I’ve been treated with such honesty. I will forever be loyal to Jacks! A+ service!

The staff is super polite and helpful. I went to get a smudge of paint remover from my car after being scratched by another car. They were able to wipe it off very quickly and didn’t even charge me for the service.

Always faster than I expected and cheaper than I was bracing for. I get all my maintenance done here.

Maybe they are great for walk in service but I needed my water pump replaced so I called them for an appointment. They told me to come in tomorrow morning and since they knew I was coming would block off time to do the work. Well I went to drop of this morning and was told they were too busy please try back tomorrow. Well thanks for wasting my time and making me drive my now smoking car for no reason. I wouldn’t count on any supposed appointment times or even to get in the day they tell you to come. Too bad they are so disorganized because they all seem very nice and I was ready to give them my business.

They have good customer service. The employees are always nice especially 2 in specific. The mechanic is also nice and are all very helpful. I like that they clean your window for you while you wait to get your gas. Inspection is also smooth sailing

Went there earlier to do an inspection and was told I was next in line. Some random guy came and spoke to the owner and handed him a $20 bill and somehow his car and his wife’s car went before mine. When I asked the owner why two additional cars went before when I was clearly told I was next, his exact answer was, “ I don’t care what number you think you were in line, you have two cars in front of you. You can wait or you can leave.” Took my car and left, never again.

This place is absolutely incredible. More than once they have swooped in to save the day when I’ve been in a bind. Marlin and Eli especially are the kindest, most generous guys. They found a way to fit me in during an emergency within 20 min of arriving. In a world where women are historically ripped off in situations like these, you can go to Jacks and trust that you will not only get a fair price but spectacular service. Best place to go for service. The guys here are some of the nicest. They always take great care of me and my car. This one of the last places that doesn’t haggle you for prices or mind washing your windshields while you fill up. You can just pull up for service, and if they’re not super busy they can have you in and out within 25 minutes. Could not say enough good things about Jacks!

I go here every time I need gas and Im always greeted by happy attendant, even in the freezing cold and snowy days in the winter. Even the state inspections are nice and smooth. You pull up to the gate, someone comes out and pulls into the garage. Theyre very helpful.

I figured out my car was leaking coolant on my drive into work. These guys figured out the problem and fixed it while I went to work and I picked it up on my way home. They saved me from what would have otherwise been a horrible day. Super nice, and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Front brakes were done here and was terrible. Just a couple months after them replacing pads, rotors, calipers my car would shake again when stopping . I took it back and they said they would fix free of charge under the warranty which I was grateful for . Now a couple months later and it’s doing the same thing again. I brought to a different mechanic for 2nd and 3rd opinions and I was told by BOTH mechanics that the front left caliper was never replaced and the rotors as well. I now have to pay for front brakes, rotors and calipers AGAIN due to jacks gas poor quality work . They screwed me and it’s horrible especially because I opened up to them how I’m a single mom on a fixed income . So sad that I am going through this. . BEWARE

I have gone to this familys gas station practically my whole life. Theyve kept my familys cars running smoothly and are always a pleasure to be around and do business with. Adonis often pumps my gas and he is always friendly and efficient, although everyone there is too!

I have been going to Jacks for 5 years now. Anytime something needs fixing, I trust them to figure it out, not overcharge or to try upsell unnecessary additional work. The staff takes lead from the owners, professional and polite!Undoubtedly 5 stars!

I can honestly say that this is the ONLY mechanic I go to in town. Great service, fair prices, and they go the extra mile without asking. Im sure that there are others in town who share some of these attributes, but Im convinced that the team here can do it all.

Rushing to work, hitting the curb, ruining the tire...I made it to my favorite gas station! Needless to say my tire was changed within minutes and I was on the road again...The empathy, cooperation and expertise of Jacks staff saved my day and my sanity! Thank you😊

I brought my car to Jacks Gas & Service at 8 am with mechanical issues on my Toyota. It took one more hour than scheduled & the car was ready by 12.30pm. They changed the battery, spark plugs & coil. It was also written on my bill that I would need a new alternator soon. I drove the car for 33 miles, the 5th time I started the car, the engine started but I was unable to put the car in drive. The emergency break, tire pressure, airbag and several other lights were on, radio was not working. I called Jacks Gas & Services was immediately told it was my alternator & that I should tow the car back to them to be fixed. Instead, I had the car towed to Advanced Automotive Tech in Wilmington MA to look at my car and give me a second opinion. Their finds were quite unnerving: the battery was not the correct serie for my car which resulted in blowing a fuse; this is what the mechanic typed on my bill: found fuse block assembly in engine bay tampered with. removed cover and found several pieces of aluminum foils jammed into the fuse. Also cover for fuse block was broken and glued back together. replace fuse block, system operating normal at this time.Once made aware, I called Jacks gas & services and asked why the wrong battery was put in, but more importantly, why I had pieces of aluminum foil in the engine fuse block of the car. They blamed the Wilmington mechanics where my car had been worked on earlier that month, exactly 466 miles prior to dropping it off at Jacks gas & services. They also denied ever touching the fuse block but agreed rather quickly to reimburse me for battery & tow. They agreed the incorrect size battery blew a fuse but refused to compensate me for the extra $400 I had to spend to fix the mess I believe they created.I did not have an electrical problem prior to them working on my car.By the time I returned the faulty battery, I showed them the bill from Advance Automotive Tech: nowhere does it mention the replacement of an alternator.I believe Jacks gas & service caused the fuse to blow when installing the battery and tempered with the fuse block. I wonder, did they expect me to break down within a few miles? Did they expect my call? Had I listened to their advice and brought my car back, would they have charged me for an engine fuse block & labor & an alternator? These are the people who give mechanics a bad name.
