Our ice machine broke in our fridge while we were out of town. It flooded our entire first floor and destroyed our finished basement including my husband’s music studio. We called J & B late at night and they got right back to us. They came first thing in the morning ready to get to work, calmed our fears, handled the insurance company (DO NOT HIRE A PRIVATE ADJUSTER!!!!!), and took charge of the remodel from start to finish. They were kind, understanding, efficient, and happy to help.My family has been using them for carpet cleaning since I’m a little girl and I have always trusted them. I too have continued to use them for carpet cleaning but this is the first time I have needed them for restoration. I am so glad they were there to take charge at a time we were so stressed and getting a song and dance from our insurance agent. Trust them!

Polite, hardworking, professional! Great service! My rugs look so clean! The gentlemen checked to make sure our pets were safe and secured because they were going in and out to their van. I booked this service with the office manager. This was so convenient! While they were here, I received pricing for other areas of my house. I will absolutely use J&B again! Thank you!
