The most family friendly business I have ever used. You go in once and it’s like you have known them forever. Not to mention the work done to your vehicle is in top shape. They use grade A parts because you get grade A quality work. They perform what you ask for in a timely manner and can handle in auto service need you have. Highly recommended!!

I have gotten my car serviced at Meadowbridge several times now. The staff is always very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They will thoroughly explain everything and just generally go above and beyond to make sure you get the highest quality service.

When I say that the customer service at this place is incredible, I mean it!! Nobody to help drop your car off, no problem! I live about 5min away and they came to pick up my car and dropped it back off when they were done! It was so easy and convenient. Had a flat and was towed to their shop. They had me back on the road within 45 minutes of opening. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience to a stressful situation. Stopped in to have pick up coil and distributor checked and checked engine light checked three days later was told can come pick up truck picked up truck diagnosis was wrong it needed a distributor a coil was put in it was the wrong diagnosis and wrong part for $255 now I have the exact same problem I had when I took it in I asked if he had checked the codes he told me how to erase them as if they didnt even matter now Ricky wont even call me back you lost the customer due to not checking behind yourself and not trying to solve the problem

This is my second time taking my car to this shop. And both times have been a wonderful experience. The waiting area is neat and coffee is always good! They call with suggestions or pointers for your car but don’t push them on you. Front desk treats you as if your family in how they talk and treat you. It’s amazing and I won’t be taking my car else where.

I called to schedule an appointment for a state inspection. Their receptionist, Susan, was kind & thorough in gathering information prior to my appointment day. When I dropped off my car after hours, the drop box was easy to find & the building was well lit at night. When I picked up the car the next day, the guys explained a few things I should pay attention to for the future & were patient with my questions. A professional and great team to work with. I highly recommend them should you be unsure of or sitting on the fence of where to go!

I typically do not write reviews, especially bad reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. I brought in my 2015 Wrangler with only 40K for a standard oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and completed it. I was a happy customer. I picked up the car the next day and drove to work. I noticed some new sounds. I rode with the mechanic and he agreed that he needed to bring it back in. We get in touch the next day and he tells me that my U-bar needs to be replaced and that I need to replace the front differential because it is leaking. In addition, I needed a bushing (which I knew). Total cost to fix approximately $1100-$1200. Wow! I couldn’t believe it. My car had only 40K miles and is only 3 years old. I had to get a second opinion. The next mechanic was skeptical too and after taking a look he stated that the U-bar did not need to be replaced and that the leaking fluid from the front differential was in fact motor oil spilled during my last oil change. Guess who did my last oil change? Yup, Meadowbridge Auto. That was the reason I went there in the first place! I am not saying it was intentional and to be honest it doesn’t matter. Because intentional or not, the technician working on my car should have been able to investigate further and found that it was motor oil rather than an $800 fix. Supposedly leaks from a differential have a particular smell. In addition, the noise from my car after the rotation was due to improper tightening of my wheels. After this experience, I have lost all confidence in this shop. I feel compelled to let others know as well. The people there have always been friendly and easy to work with, but this experience was something to write about.

Weve been taking our vehicles to Ricky and the gang going on about 13 years. Ricky runs the most honest and accomodating vehicle repair shop in the Richmond area. We appreciate his teired recommendations-- what needs to be done now, what we should do later. We will never go anywhere else.

Meadowbridge works very hard to make the customer as satisfied as possible. I appreciate that repairing vehicles (especially older ones) can be very difficult and frustrating. Under the leadership of Ricky, I believe Meadowbridge Auto Services provides honest answers and qualify work. Theyd do their best to make their service right for you (something rare in todays climate).

These folks wanted to charge me $1000 for a coolant leak. I took it to a different shop, got an estimate of $200. Do not get your vehicle serviced here, they absolutely will overcharge you. The place is a scam and I’m surprised they are still in business.

My company uses MAS for fleet management. I typically use the dealer for my personal vehicle. I recently had my rear brakes replaced at the dealership. I heard a noise immediately after that was not present prior. Dealership said I needed to replace bearings. I took my vehicle to MAS to get it replaced as they were significantly cheaper. MAS inspected and found it was a bent heat shield from when dealership replaced my breaks abd not a bearing issue. MAS fixed it with minimal costs instead of taking my money on an unnecessary repair. I am very happy with the outcome.

Knowledgeable people, friendly front of the house, kept me apprised of what was going on and what needed to be addressed. Will be going back.

Top notch. They are customer service first and want to make sure your car is running well. They even look for ways to save you money. My most recent experience was for my tires, and they were balding. Meadowbridge found out they were still under warranty, and replaced them and re-aligned the system for free. Read stand up operation!

I’ve been going to Meadowbridge Auto for the last few years. They’ve never let me down. Kept me informed durning any repairs. I can’t say enough good things about Susan & Ricky (Sr. & Jr.).

I was unsure what was causing some issues with my car. I assumed it could be a bad tire or something worse. I had priced around a few other shops and was quoted well over 300.00 for what I thought was wrong. I made an appt online and dropped my car off Friday morning at 7:30, by 9:30am I was called with the diagnosis and explanation of what they could do to fix it and by Noon it was ready for pick up! Not only was it almost 200.00 cheaper than quotes at other shops, but they saved me from having unnecessary work done! Honest, Kind, Polite and def customer driven! WONDERFUL experience, they will be my go to shop from now on!!

Highly reccomend. They were honest and fairly priced. My car was leaking transmission fluid and they replaced some gaskets in the transmission pan. It turned out that it was leaking from another part, but they didnt charge me labor for that since they had already worked on it once. They have me rides back to my apt when I had to drop the car off. They even filled my trans fluid back up for free once when I didnt have the time to leave it with them to repair. I would go back to them again and again. Highly trustworthy.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I dont normally do this, but Im tired of the games these places play. My fiancé had an on and off flat tire light appear on her dash for about two weeks. After putting air in it several times during that timeframe and noticing the air pressure wasnt holding, she took it took Meadowbridge Tire. They informed her there was a nail in the side wall and she would need to order two brand new rear tires(which would take up to 3 days to be shipped) and would cost $200+ even though the tires werent event 8 months old. Skeptical and with plenty of time on our hands waiting for tires to arrive.....I took it to Salisbury Tire in Powhatan. 15 minutes and $21.90 later they filled what they said there was a tiny nail in the tread and that ordering a new tire was absolutely absurd. MB Auto was not interested in helping my fiancé but was more set on preying upon her and selling tires. Shame on them.
