We are new to the area, and have tried several garages. After finally getting around to Ricks, I dont think we will be trying any others - wish we had started here and saved the trouble. We had a headlight out, and a tough schedule for getting it repaired. These guys not only fit us in around our schedule, but did great work and charged a very (incredibly) reasonable price. Only good experiences with the Watts family and their business so far. They were able to squeeze me in and fix my Jeep on one of their busiest days when I was in a time crunch. (A holiday weekend too!) Definitely will be getting my vehicles serviced by them in the future.

More so, I had an emergency with my mother and her car. She was trapped inside of the car and I was all the way out near Goochland. Ive used Ricks a couple times over the years, once for a set of tires, and once for an alignment. Both times they were very friendly and professional. They seem to stay quite busy, which is a good sign. I wouldve liked to have run my Mustang on the dyno, but apparently they get rid of it a few months ago. Unfortunate, but it was probably a very niche service.

I went in for a state inspection. While I waited, I overheard employees explaining to customers how to save money and what all of their options were. They are friendly, yet humble and kind. They strike me as trustworthy and even though I didnt need work done that day, I will most definitely use them and recommend them in the future. The fellas always take good care of me and I never feel like anything was not correct. They actually made a small mistake once that resulted in further problems with my car and they fixed it all quickly and at no extra cost.

Recently my parents visited from DC and their battery died just as they arrived. Rick’s Tire And Auto was able to replace their battery quickly to get them back on the road in a timely manner. We have been bringing our vehicles here for years and I was so glad they were able to help my parents and were very patient with them.

WOW! Great customer service. During an inspection on my 1999 Ford Taurus they found some suspension parts ready to leave me stranded. Unfortunately I could not pay it right then and there due to a surgery 3 weeks prior. They did not charge me for the rejection sticker at that time, only when I was able to come back and get the service performed. Thanks again Ricks Tire and Auto!

Made an appointment on Wednesday 8/9 for a Friday AM appointment drop off. I had 4 tires shipped there from online company. On Friday at 3:30 PM (the car was left there at 7:30 AM Friday AM per our appointment call) when I called Ricks, they told me they were not able to work on car. They had a man out. It was a busy day. But I could come back on Monday. that is the best they could do. This is the 2nd time they have put me off. And they did it with an attitude. He said there is nothing else they could do. Well I have a suggestion - How about calling me at noon and say they are having a problem? Or call me at 2 PM, but no calls and no return of my call, that I left at 2PM to see how they were doing. I should have known. ***** 1 No customer service, 2 A sorry and good bye attitude. Now you have lost a customer. Oh thats right, you dont care anyway. I am going up the road to find a place that has some customer service. ----> I will vote with my dollars.

They are great. My son had an issue with his truck and they fixed it. He picked it up got half way home and another problem popped up. So back to Ricks we went and not only did they fix it, but they did it for free. They are honest and have great service. At Ricks you are treated like family. Thanks guys for everything thing you did for my son.
