My 07 Dodge Ram needed some front end suspension care after hauling a truck camper and motorcycle trailer up and down the east coast. Dennis inspected the front end, told me what needed done and didnt try to sell me services I didnt need. He was upfront about his schedule and the work was completed on time. A great experience!

Had my 2008 Miata in for the following repairs:- Transmission oil replace- A/C Repair- Coolant reservoir replace- Front brake rotor / pad replace- State inspection and overall inspection (use car for road trips)What I like about Atlee Auto:Found a simple fix for the AC problem (just needed recharged) and charged me a fair price to fix it. They found that the power steering needed to be flushed and that I needed an alignment.Also, they let me use parts I had purchased online (not warrrantyd work, but still very cool, many places will not let you do this.)I was certain all this work was going to cost me between $1-2K, especially with the AC repair. Atlee Auto was able to do everything under $800, which I thought was pretty fair.Best of all, I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday night and had it back by FRIDAY. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to specifically take my vehicle to this shop and was not disappointed. Thanks yall

Went above and beyond

Feb 23rd had an appointment for an inspection. Mike was there and got my car back quickly to have it inspected. Upon review, my car needed windshield wipers and would eventually soon need new brakes for front and rear. Mike gave me an estimate for the work and I decided to go ahead and schedule it to be done the following week. He made sure to schedule a new appointment for a day that theyd already have the brake pads in and be able to get the work done quickly. On that appointment day, I came in and Mike had everything set up and ready to go. My car was finished promptly and it was truly such an easy experience. I highly recommend Atlee Auto and working with Mike. Working in customer service myself, it was fabulous to have someone who ensured everything came together as promised and actually came well under the estimate.

Brought automobile to replace break light no appointment. Great customer service and price was right. On a previous visit I asked them to check my fuel pump after being told by another auto service center that it needed to be replaced to the tune of $900. Atlee checked it out and found nothing wrong. No charge!

Wonderful service. Went in today for 4 mount and balance on tires. Extremely busy today but still made time to take care of my needs. Very satisfied with this place and the staff were very friendly. If you decide to wait for your service they offer a very comfortable waiting area. I would give more than 5 stars if allowed!

Customer Service is becoming a lost art but these guys totally get it. Today was the first time I tried these guys. I asked for a same day appointment and they got me in. I was immediately welcomed when I arrived. I got a quick oil change and inspection. They let me know my back brakes were going and gave me a quote for what they would charge to repair them and do a fluid flush to prevent rust. When I mentioned there was a recall on my brakes because of them getting rusted, they urged me to go to the dealership to get the free fix. They were very honest and friendly and everyone said goodbye to me as a left. I really appreciate good customer service and I will definitely be going back!

They worked on our Subaru. Its a very professional operation. Intake, production, billing. Its not like going to a small mechanic. Normally I prefer the local little shop. But these guys are still local, but run a very smooth and organized operation. I felt the work was fair, their advice was genuine, they completed the work ahead of schedule and the finished product was worth the fee charged. Id use them and I recommend them.

I discovered Atlee Auto over two years ago when I needed service on a recently purchased used car. The service was great and the staff is pleasant and accommodating. Since then, my husband and I have taken our other cars (the cars of our children) there and have been completely satisfied. I highly recommend their business.

Paid $700 to repair two different issues with my vehicle. After a day of driving, both issues returned and were not fixed.This is the type of place that assesses your vehicles problems, then puts new parts on it. Thats it. Thats the whole troubleshooting process at Atlee Auto Service! I suppose that type of service works in their business model, because it assures that youll be coming back for repairs again.Ive already taken my vehicle to another shop, where they were able to identify the problems and fix them. You know... The first time, like it ought to be done.I should also state that I didnt give Atlee Auto a chance to correct the issues again. Why? Because I shouldnt have to! They got their one chance to make a good impression on me and blew it.1/5 stars. Will not return as a customer.

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Atlee Auto for over 20 years for only one reason. Theyve always provided honest service. For example, Ive brought a car in asking that the front and rear breaks be done and received a call that the rear breaks were fine. When theyve found something unexpected they were sure to show me the worn part when I picked up the car. I trust their advice on what work is necessary and what can wait.

Atlee Auto is the best! They replaced my broken sunroof at 1/2 what the dealer was going to charge. It broke again due to a horrible design, & it was stuck in the open position. It was unrepairable without replacing it with a new one. They took it apart & got it closed for me at NO CHARGE! So great of them!

First off, ive been working on cars for almost 10 years. Well I went in to get an alignment done on my mustang. about 20 minutes later they come to tell me I had a bolt loose on my tie rod and that it would be almost $50 to fix it. I cancelled everything and took my car home to fix it myself. I spent 30 seconds tightening that bolt, I didnt even have to jack the car up in the air! I will NEVER do business with them again. They will just try to rip you off
