Very professional and efficient. I felt comfortable because they wore mask (which no one does anymore) they are putting in a whole new system and they are hard workers! Recommend them! Also thought it was cool because they are a local company.

The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He replaced a motor on our 32 year old ac unit the day we were scheduled to have guests arrive for graduation weekend. His advice was solid and sound and we will use Hanover Air again for any HVAC issues in our future.

I contacted Hanover Air to have them install the iWave-R Air Purification System. They were amazing to deal with! Kim got me on the schedule, and a technician came out the very next day, a very quick response time! Since installing the iWave, I have noticed that the dust in my house is almost non-existent. In a household with seasonal allergies, this is amazing!

Amazing service! Honest, fair, responsive and all are professional. And they researched and found part was covered under warranty when another local company simply said part would be $600!

I called at 2:30 on a Friday after the furnace quit working. I wasnt hopeful that I could get a same day appointment but did ask for the soonest appointment available. Kim in the office was able to locate a technician in the area leaving another job and was able to schedule him for that afternoon. He arrived shortly afterwards. He was professional and very knowledgeable and made quick work of the faulty furnace. The cost to repair was much less than I anticipated and he was pulling out of my driveway with the work complete at 3:30 - just one hour after my initial call. I am extremely impressed and grateful and will definitely call again next time there is a need.
