This is my first time and defintely not the last time I visit only beacause of LORI. She did an amazing job. Shes so sweet and attentive. She did medium coffin nails with a natural color. I highly recommend her!

Tried this nail shop for the first time and will not go back. The acrylic set was filed poorly, and too thick. Hardly shaped and left bunched acrylic underneath the nail.

So I rushed to my favorite nail shop and knew that I had to make it before 7 to ensure I get service. I made it at 6:47p and was so happy until the a$$ hole of acting manager was there. As you can see on my picture I literally only needed one nail fixed! Lady tells me they were closed so I asked if I can just get one nail done. She asked the acting manager and he said no, didnt even look over to me with any respectful customer service. I asked him directly if they would please just help me out with one nail and reminded him Ive been going almost every week for my nails. He said, no come tomorrow, were busy and I have a party to go to so I have to close early. I was appalled and told him hell see it on my reviews! Dont get me wrong I love this place and I recommend it but if you go when thisA$$ is there be warned! It saddens me that one sour apple in a business will definitely lure away great long time customers. So guess what! I went somewhere else! Worst nails Ive ever gotten done. They are lumpy and that Jim guy was so rough on my fingers that they were bleeding and hurt for days 😢. Bad paint job too!

Horrible! I came in to get a pedicure and the lady who did my toes cut me twice after I told her she just kept going and didnt even apologize. Now, my toes are hurting and I think theyre starting to get swollen. Never ever again would I come here.

Very bad service! Ive been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. Today is my last time coming here. Very rude. Today I went to do my nails and the lady owner left air bubbles so I politely asked her if she can fix it and she went on to help someone else so she sent the Male owner and he made it worse so I told her again and she said next time do them with someone else and she wasnt going to do my nails again. Im sorry but if something is not done right Im going to say something because Im not paying $45 to not get it done correctly. So I told the owner if he thought it was right for her to tell me that and he stood quiet and DIDNT apologize.! No wonder they hardly have any workers because they are so rude! The wait time there is always 2-3 hours and just 2 people working! And they get mad when you tell them to fix something they didnt do right.!I dont know what happen to this place.

LITERALLY THE WORST NAIL SALON EVERDont waste your time honestly, there is other places near by, just go there. They are the RUDEST people ever, they act like if they’re going to pay us. There is a guy there and he’s so rude y actuan como que les llegaran a pedir!!

Inexpensive place to do your nails! Not the friendliest people, but they do the job!!!

Use to go here all the time and was disappointed. I feel like when I ask a question about pricing....it changes when I get there and get them done and I dont add on extras. The last time I got a mani and a pedi and it cost about $40. I was disappointed in how I had the lady in the back left corner do my nails and then all of a sudden she made me get up and another customer get up in the middle of doing my nails... and switch. It was a little unprofessional in my opinion and I got gel nails (on fake nails if that makes sense)and when they switched me, the guy didnt do them well. Like there were still white stuff from the fake nails when he filed it. I literally was picking the white fake nail dust off in front of him and he didnt care...the guy that did my feet had to help me clear it off.And on top of that...my nails came off within about a week in a half some of my nails fell out:/ And also the guy that did my feet did it a little too rough and still too this day I can still feel them😫

The chairs of the pediqiur uncomfortable .. the nails take hours to dry ... a horror..they made them wing 10 .. and the three were not ready ... current.

Bad experience, arriving and waiting more than 20 minutes and when your turn comes they jump you and attend to someone else who is after you.It does not speak well of the place.

They fall fast ... they are not of quality
