Work was not spectacular, but my pedicure looks good. The salon was very clean and they took great precautions for Covid, which I loved. Temperature check when I walked in, I had to wash my hands right away, and there was a plastic divider between me & my tech, and masks are required. Lena did my pedicure & she was an absolute joy. I will come back again just for her. It was a rainy day so it was really quiet, I didnt have to wait at all and I was a walk-in. I would recommend.

Great place for nail service. Lots of laughs and very comfortable place to be. Husband and wife team of entrepreneurs including one other family member. Theses folk are good for the neighborhood as theyve always been.

My first visit at this shop was on Sunday and I’ve never been happier I had the royal pedicure and a full set my nails were perfectly shaped and the design was exactly what I asked for the best experience that I have ever had at a nail shop hands down amazing work great atmosphere staff is very organized and professional this will be my new regular spot

This nail shop has potential IF the owner would hire more technicians. He (BiBi) is the only nail tech and can’t take more than two customers at a time. How can that work especially on a Saturday when most women are out trying to get their nails done? I called on an early Saturday afternoon to inquire about coming in but was rushed off the phone because “they” were too busy. I decided to come closer toward closing because I’m thinking the rush should die down by then which it did. There was one other customer BiBi was finishing up. I made small talk about my experience earlier, asked where were the other techs and was informed that BiBi was the only person that works at the shop. BiBi did my nails which came out ok. I was charged a $1 service fee for using a credit/debit card (which is illegal) and then told that he has to pay $2 for using the cc service so he’s offsetting the cost by charging the consumer. WRONG! Now today my daughter goes to get her nails done at 11:45am and the shop is closed when the advertised operational hours are Mon-Sat 10am-8pm. I guess we will not patronize this business anymore. We’re new to the area and wanted to give BiBi Nails a try. Maybe in the future when he hires more employees.

Im visiting from out of town for the weekend, and needed a whole new set of nails and Pedi for my birthday weekend. I found this location thru Google, and this salon is great! Tuan is awesome, he gave me prompt, professional, very skilled service! I am very picky about my nails. He is funny, friendly, and has a loyal customer base. I will definitely be back!.
