I have been a customer for 30+years in the beginning. Customer service was 5star but since they started fiber optic servicesit has hit bottom that lady is rude.11 dollars for phone costs over 30 after taxes and fees. She wouldnt tell me anything that I couldnt read on the bill. And then wouldnt transfer me to a tech because our internet was slow. She told me it was because movies are 4d or hi d or something like that .a few days later my neighbor called with same problem they came out and fixed it took less than 5 mins the tech guys are great if you can get past that lady. IV still got questions but calling would be useless and cant change phone companys only wk operates where I live. Stuck in tenn.
Nothing but LIARS ABOUT MONTHLY PRICE OF SUBSCRIPTION. WHEN PUSHING THEIR FREE 3 MONTHS IN DRESDEN TN. STATED THEY WOULD START AT $50 A MONTH. WELL GUESS WHAT SURPRISE We are luars its actually almost double that.

I heard it’s very great service! But I can’t even get it where I’m at but literallyMy neighbor can get it but we can’t 😠!! I really hope they get where I’m at soon because I’m having to go with stinkin zito! And I got to have solid internet because I do college online especially during covid and if I lose connection I make a zero!! And I just got accepted into a selective admissions program or I fail then I have to get accepted again!
Having been a board member for over 25 years now I have seen much improvement over the years and obviously there will continue to be in the future. We have one of the best telecommunications cooperative in our country. And in the near future all our members are going to see some very good things added to our current services.
I have made several attempts by phone, live chat and in store, to find out when or if there will be broadband at my address. No one that I have spoken to can give me an answer. I have been told 3 times that an engineer will be contacted and that i will be called with an answer. That has not happened. The broadband cable was run underground along the road in front of my property several months ago. How can no one know?VERY poor customer service and lack of follow up [email protected]
Hooked me up after getting off satellite, and what a change! Nice. Looked at cable, but had data limits. Pricey, but rather pay for something I can use, satellite was nothing but horrible and trouble. Had lightening hit here and took both boxes out; took them 3 days to replace. Cable would have been about the same price. Satellite is less, but activation would be an big issue.
Communication is pleasant. the people over the phone are nice. YET as requested, i gave a 4 hour window they agreed to using to come fix our wifi that hasn’t been working for over two weeks. not only did they not show up, but nobody called to inform me they weren’t going to. I cancelled plans for this damn wifi to be finally fixed since we pay for it and it won’t even work, but evidently it doesn’t matter to them if there’s an appointment.
I couldnt find the building to return their service boxes. And I what I mean is that there are four different buildings and all of them have the same dang logo on it. And nobody answered a single door out of 4 buildings. They need to get better signs about where to go once you get to their new campus.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Internet constantly fails. We own a coffee shop and depend on the internet to run our business. There have been many times where our internet has dropped in a lunch rush and we have lost sales. We have had so many problems with WK&T. I have been on hold with them for over an hour and no one will get back to us to fix our internet that is down. If you are a business that depends on the internet I would strongly not recommend this company. I have been dealing with these problems for 3 months now. I have tried to work with WK&T and I have tried to be understanding but this constant lack of caring to permanently fix my internet from not dropping is too much.I would not recommend WK&T because:1. Internet constantly fails2. Lack of professionalism in customer care3. All solutions proposed are quick fix’s that end up failing4. General attitude of company treats people like a number and does not take concerns seriously.
