I had a major problem with water not draining They had Zach there in 10 minutes to shut off the main water and he gave info on who could help due to a main employee lived 1 house up from me. Young Plumbing is great and I went to school with him and hes great. Ty to all.

I went to mayfield electric and water on April 30,2021 and told them I moved and wanted to transfer my service from one address to another. I was told I would have to start a new account. When I asked why do I have to start a new account, when I already have one, with money on it. I was told they dont transfer you have to start a new account. It will be $120. Today is May 6, 2021 my electric is still on at the old house. My washer & dry is still at my old house waiting to be delivered to the new house.. I washed a couple loads thinking theyd cut off the electricity on Monday morning. Today is 5/6/21 & my electricity is still on. I called mayfield electric & water to see why. I was told there was no tickect put in to cut off the electricity at the old address. I asked to transfer my service. Apparently that doesnt mean cut off the service at the old address.couldnt do that, I had to open a new account for $120 for the new service. Now if I I was trying to transfer my service and moved, why would I keep it on at the old house.. I didnt even know you could have two different accounts amat the same time. Apparently you have to tell them specifically I I even asked about the account at the old house. I was told that I would be receiving a check for the remaining amount on the old account.Customer service should have mentioned that when I asked about transferring the service & what happens to the money on the old account. Isnt that part of the job to inform the customer about the services you offer and the requirements of the customer. Make sure if your moving to a new home, you specifically tell them to cut off the service at the old address. If not you will be paying for services at the old & new address. 😡😡😡😡

I was wondering why they have five stars it must be workers giving reviews because I wouldve gave zero if that was an option they are total scammers taking every cent from you they charge $10 and $12 a day for a 3brm house I cut off the air because they said I used to much electricity and then they charged more the next day and said it was the water Im fed up but cant go anywhere else I literally pay more for electricity and water than my rent each month and why is there never a supervisor or anyone in charge there seems janky

They have terrible service, they charged more when its hot or cold assuming your using heat or a/c unit, they estimate usage never have accurate usage I think they pocket money because when you complain rates go back to normal and why do they charge all these hidden fees like school fee, fire department fee, charity fees were paying for their taxes and charities and its no other company to choose from so were stuck with these RIP offs
