I stopped in the Mayfield Verizon store for help with my phone. Jon Gream was working alone today. He was helping a lady as I walked in and another lady waiting. Jon was also answering the business phone. He was so helpful with all three of us. Never tried to rush us and would ask each one of us if we needed help with anything else. If he was stressed, he didnt let it show. Mr. Gream was so polite and informative. He used language that I could understand and didnt talk above my tech level. He was like a breath of fresh air.

Very rude woman working there this morning! Brought a relative in with her this morning and made the customers who were already there waiting wait longer while she took care of her relatives phone first, talked and cut up with him.

Went in to Mayfield Verizon store to switch from Xfinity Mobile to Verizon. This was extremely difficult because Xfinity had everything messed up and couldnt get phone unlocked even though it was paid for. Danni and Brandy at Verizon in Mayfield took care of everything and went above and beyond what they should have had to do. They were professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much ladies for all your help! Great job! I like my new phone! 😁

Of all the cell phones I have had in the past I feel Verizon has been the best.

I was disapointed in the store at Paducah. I didnt really get what i wanted, I went back & they changed it, but it still wasnt right. I doesnt seem like they were listening.I took it to the Mayfield store and they got it working right. But it was to late to change to the plan that I wanted. At least she listened. Ill try it. She was very nice.

Verizon is so much better than other

If I could give this store and its people zero stars, I would. I bought a phone here last year, and it was a pain from the start. I took it back the next day, and was told it was too late. Ah, no, I should have three days. I was dealt with very rudely, and was not shown how to use the phone. It was my first android phone---and my last. It was a week before I could figure out-ON MY OWN_- how to answer a call. And with the manual on the phone, I couldnt even access it. The person who sold me the phone, when I took it back the next day, screwed it up so bad I needed a fix from Motorola. And when I called Verizon, I was told they have a boatload of complaints about this store. Maybe its improved in the last year, but I wont go back.(to either this store or Verizon)

Fixed my in a matter of minutes, also they were super nice plus the representative was super cute

They helped get what I needed for my moms phone.

Used to be with Verizon but we went to StraightTalk because we get more for our money. I pay $47.32 for unlimited talk, text, messages for each phone. Thru Verizon I paid $186.00 for the same 2 phones. We switched 9 years ago,,, still happy with StraightTalk.
