The 2 guys in the shop were very helpful but the girl that works there was very ignorant, it seemed like she didnt want to be there, she should be thankful she has a job .if u dont like your job then leave, ppl dont deserve to be treated with disrespect when there spending alot of money for car services, .I will not be going back to this jiffy lube unless that girl is gone ! Walmart u got my business!

Yes I had my oil changed in mauldin Friday well about 3 hours later my car stalled on me needless to say I had to get my macanic to look at it he checked my oil and said thet my oil was old and Im like I just got it done earlier today so I called jiffy lube 1st when I called I asked to talk to a manager he said hold on came back on the line and it was the same person he pretty much tells me he cannot do anything for me but he was the asst.manager so Ill be calling the home office in the morning I just want my money back and I guarantee I will never go to another jiffy lube

Wanted to give a SHOUT OUT to the guys at Mauldin Jiffy Lube. I was at he bank across the street today and my van wouldnt start. Called your shop and one of the guys came right over with jumper cables and got my van started and on my way. They were so pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much! You saved my day! : )

The young man who greeted me was very pleasant. Then when I was told what different oil changes they had n the prices I asked about the coupon i seen online n saved. He informed me I couldnt use it but he had one for $7 off. Sorry buddy I can read as well as comprehend and NO WHERE in the fine print did it say I could only use it at a higher volume location as you stated. That was B.S.

My go to place for changing my oil, been going there for years and always get excellent service and attention. Very professional.

First off, someone there was doing marijuana which is unacceptable especially for a supposed profesional environment. Second off they didn’t go through the checklist to reassure me that they had completed all the services. On my way back I realized they hadn’t vacuumed my car as advertised and they never washed my windows either. They got me out of there as soon as they possibly could do they could go back to their smoking I presume

I drove up to the Jiffy lube establishment at 12:10pm with one car in front of me, The gentleman that came up to my window stated the it would take around 35 minutes which I agreed to, he was very short with me for some reason. I felt like the estimate time frame was a little much after evaluating how busy they were but I agreed. I waited patiently as they work, but noticed the adjacent lane was processing vehicles much faster than the bay mine was in, it seemed like no work was being performed on my vehicle as it sat in the oil change bay with its hood up.At 1:15pm they finally pulled my vehicle out. I paid for the basic service, and additional quart of oil. The basic service stated they were to top off my fluids, including my power steer, which I knew was low. I explicated ask the clerk as I was paying if it was topped off and he said of course they always check it. I said ok. After getting into my Vehicle I noticed as I was pulling out my power steering was not filled because it was making noise when I turned the wheel. I periodical have to feel it because it leaks, so I am familiar with the symptoms.Lastly, I ended up paying 47$, took an hour and my power steering was not topped off. When I go to Valvoline oil, my total ends up being 37$ and takes them 15-20 minutes, with my power steering being topped off. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube or any other Jiffy lube.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They overcharged me for the oil change ($20 more than 6 months ago!) and then didnt want to accept my discount card. They didnt vacuum nor wash the windows, nor fill the window washer fluid (and then lied about it). Spilled oil on my car and then just casually (with a dirty cloth) rubbed it.... probably scratched the finish. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I went at 4:30 on a Saturday. The oil change service was completed so fast that I literally just sat down in the waiting area & my name was called. The guys were friendly & helful. Very satisfied.

Terrible service. They upcharged me on the oil change. $80. Then tried to make it seem better by telling me they gave me a 10 dollar discount that I already should’ve been getting anyway. Didn’t even vacuum the car out or wipe the windows. Smh.

Nothing bad to say they were really fast about everything super helpful and the team from what I saw seemed to enjoy each others company.

This place is great! My car was so low on oil it sounded like it was about to blow up. They changed it and topped everything off and I rolled outta there like I was driving a brand new car. Im really bad about vehicle maintenance because everywhere takes SO long, I always dread going. But these guys were fast and I was in and out in no time. So thankful for them. Ill definitely be back.

I took my own oil but they only drained half of my old oil and used half of what I brought. Ive only driven my car 2000 miles and the oil is as black as night .they rip you off here. My car smelled like oil the whole ride home they left me with a bad oil leak.

Do not go here for anything. They are under new management and personnel since my previous visit in March of 17. These new folks put motor oil in my brakes master cylinder. My entire brake system is destroyed and need to be replaced...over $1300 in repair...

Had my oil change they stripped the filter bolt and left a wrench in the engine where it fell and locked my steering column

They couldnt help me, dealer item but they were still nice guys.

Second time in a row they havent reset the oil life info center---didnt bother to put new sticker for next service on window---and claimed to wash exterior windows that is a lie.Been going there for 6 years.This was the last time---used to be good which is why I kept going back but lately they just dont care
