Arrived at 5:09pm. They close at 6. He said he did not have time to do a simple plug of a tire. Only 2 cars in bay. Lobby empty. Tire very low. I find that a level of dont care or want business!

Manager was not friendly to start. Dropped off car at 1pm. Still had to come back next day at 5pm and basically make them do the work. It took another hour in the break room before my Oil Change was done. Manager was not the least apologetic. Never again.

Awesome! My rear left turn signal wasn’t working on my Expedition. It was filled with water. They fixed it with out me having to spend a few hundred. They are HONEST! I didn’t get it fixed the first time I went due to time restraints but I went back over a month later and the price was the same!

Had them mouth 4 tires on to rims on Saturday, then an alignment on Sunday. Both good experiences. Alignment only took about 45 min. Nice guys and good service. Would recommend.

I had a large screw in my tire and was able to get my tire repaired with great service just before their closing hours. I experienced phenomenal customer service even at the end of a long work day and I was that annoying patron to show up right before closing. I noticed a screw in my tire today prompting a low tire pressure warning on my vehicles dash. Ugh, its Sunday morning and I was worried that I wouldnt be able to take care of the issue until Monday. Rejoice! Goodyear Auto in Mauldin was the only Service Center I found to be open on Sunday. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Steve and he helped me right away. He explained that plugging is not the correct way to repair a tire. The tire should be removed from the rim for inspection. At that point you can determine if it is repairable. If it is to be repaired then it should be a patch repair done from the inside of the tire. After inspection he repaired the tire with a patch plug and checked the tire pressure on the other tires and I was on my way in less than an hour. I expected to pay $30 or more but Steve smiled at me and told me no charge. Wow! He couldnt have been nicer and more professional. Excellent service! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommended this location. Thank you so much!

Im grateful that I was able to fix my car here. I had a car accident on my road trip and they were the closest Goodyear to me at the time. Im use to Goodyears being really thorough, but I was not very happy that they allowed me to leave with a leaking battery. Especially since the battery was near the tire that they replaced. I had to drive back, because my car was rattling. They were able to fix it. I appreciate the guy (who may have been the manager) stepping in the 2nd time around to make sure my car was safe to be in the road.

The staff is well informed and courteous, although its their job & part of the business to recommend upcoming or necessary service it doesnt feel pressured. I stick to this place. The mechanics that work here, are very knowledgeable. Everyone is always nice, and helpful, with whatever you need, concerning your vehicle. They pretty much, especially the guys in the back, let you know whats the solution, or problem with your car. They all are very understanding and want to help, however they can. KUDOS to Goodyear, in Mauldin, SC . The Management Staff, is GREAT too.

Great people to work with. I took my Rav4 in last week for a grinding noise in front right wheel. It was the bearing going out. They had it fixed that day and came in 17% BELOW their own estimate, which probably would’ve already been 50% off of the Toyota dealership cost. Can’t hardly beat that!My wife and I have been going to the Mauldin Goodyear for car repairs for the last 5 to 10 years. They are competent, do a great job, and are much more reasonably priced than going to the Toyota dealership. They do identify any upcoming needs on the vehicles, but we never feel any UPSELL that most other repair shops and dealerships always seem to do.

Just went there with a flat tire and I was told that the next available appointment is for Tuesday. Today is Sunday and I am supposed to wait two days just to plug the tire?worst customer service ever and a very bad experience for a Sunday morning. I wish we could give negative stars as well and Ill give them ten of them.

I called to get a price on mounting, balancing and installing a tire, new on my car. my jaw hit the floor. it was 39.95. i askedagain to see if i was wrong and got the same answer. this is price gouging in mauldin sc.

Brought my vehicle in for a transmission flush, tire rotation, and to have the a/c checked for leaks and filled. I scheduled the appointment 3 days in advance for 7 AM. Dropped the car off a little before 7. Lunch time comes and goes and by 3 PM I still havent received a phone call. So I called and asked why I havent gotten any phone calls. The manager, the same one I talked to earlier, said they had just brought the car in to start working on it 20 minutes prior. When I asked why this was, he stated it was because of cars that were there before mine, meaning yesterday. Once I got there to pick my car up, I was given the run around as to what had actually happened. To make matters worse, his A/C check (which isnt free) didnt get done. They simply put dye in the refrigerant and asked me to look for leaks later and bring it back if it leaks. At this point I am highly irritated. Then he hands me the bill. Everything but the tire rotation was higher than what I was told just three days prior over the phone. Never going back and would not recommend anyone else go here for more then tire work.

I was a little over half way on a 2,000 mile round trip when my 04 Silverado’s rear end started vibrating. Called them at 0730 hrs on Friday. By 1400 hrs. That afternoon my truck was ready with two new U-Joints. Only one was bad but they were the same age so had both replaced.The bill was exactly what they said and I’m back on the road. Very nice change in auto service experiences.Great job guys! Hey Goodyear, give these guys a big fat attaboy and bonus!

I came in for an alignment. They determined that I did not need an alignment, but that one of my tires was warped. They put the tire on the back and I was able to drive with no problems until I could get a new tire.

Took my car in to have brake system flushed and put on new rotors that I brought with me. I was quoted a price and 3 1/2 hours later the work was done and the price was doubled. Using bogus lines like Oh what took so long was we had to grind rust off of your brake calipers WHAT?!?There was not any rust on my calipers and the AS***** that did the work put a scratch in my brand new windshield and scratched my brand new paint. His attitude was throwing things around and busted my alarm remote on my keys. I got home and opened the remote to find busted pieces inside from being slammed down. After the job was done he took my car out for a hot rod joy ride.He came back, busted through the door and said Your Done!You damn right Im done, I will never be back to this location again.Total cost before removing scratches in my new paint, stuck with scratched windshield, and broken alarm remote. $600.00So this is what you get for being a loyal Goodyear customer for 20 years!Wont even go back there to have my tires rotated. Thats pretty SAD Goodyear.

I have been using them for over 3 years and their work is quick, affordable, and clean.

Way overpriced. Took my car here to get a post purchase inspection. I was told that my car was massively leaking oil and had a torn boot axle. The guy then tried to sell me a set of tires and brakes for $750 after he told me he could not determine where the leak came from unless he spent 2+ hours pressure washing my engine. He explained the leak would be at least $1500 to fix and could be up into the $4000 range. So I took my car to Mr Transmission who replaced the axle and the leaking oil (3 places) all with OEM parts for $602.

My son took his Nissan to get oil change and tire rotation. He called me saying the marchanic told him he needed distributor cap, wires and plugs. They told him his wires had bare wire showing and his car would catch on fire if he did not fix it. I could not believe it. I talked to the mechanic and he changed his story a little. I he said it would be over 600 to fix the car. I asked him just to change the plugs and he quoted 189.00. The end total when pick up was 292.00. I replaced the wires myself and found no bare wires showing the same day. Then we find out while they were doing the diagnostic check, they broke my sons underdash in his vehicle. I had him take it back for them to fix it and they told him to come back tomorrow and someone will look at it. Needless to say, I will take it back myself and get it fixed. This place is a rip off.

Had a appointment Monday morning at 9:00 am that I had scheduled on line. When I arrived at the Mauldin SC Shop I was told that they dont carry my tire size and they dont put tires on customized rims and that the Goodyear warehouse doesnt carry the the tires as advertised on the website. So asked if they could locate if any other Goodyear shops carried the tire and brand I was looking for and I was told no they couldnt be ordered at any Goodyear shops. I said ok and left and went home and called the Goodyear shop that was 10 miles away in Simpsonville SC and they told me that they could order the tires and put them on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am. I went to my appointment at 8:30 Wednesday morning and the tires were there and they put them on. I fine this totally unprofessional to be lied to being a Goodyear card member was it because of my car or was it because of my skin.
