This was the second time purchasing tires at this business. Pleasant friendly staff and customer oriented. Minor problems brought to my attention to get approval to take care of, I appreciated that. Tire prices and selection were great! Also had service done at my previous visit and was outstanding. Will be having service done again next week and looking forward to it.

The employees are really friendly and helpful. Ive been going there for years now and Ive never had a problem with their tires. I also get my oil changes there. They get you in and out in a timely manner. If they dont do a service that you need they will refer you to someone. My air conditioner didnt work sent me to Wagoners on Erie St. in Massillon needed a new gear. They fixed it and Ive had no problems. My car SUV is 13 years old and Ive never had anything done to the air conditioner. I will use them both again.

Great prices for tires. Our appointment was for 1:30. Never got out until 4:45. Originally said 2 hours . Then at 3:30 we saw guys going to lunch. Understand that because they work late, they parked our truck in the parking lot and we thought it was done. My husband went into check and they said alignment machine was busy and it wasnt done yet. Just tell the truth that the guys go to lunch at 3:30. No one allowed in waiting room and didnt have a problem with that so we sat in my car for over 3 hours. We live off of Easton street in North Canton and certainly wouldnt have made sense to drive home and drive back.

Random stop off of google maps to get tire pressure sensors installed. Already had the sensors and oversized tires. These guys were very professional squeezed me in with no problem and got me in and out of there quick. Great job!

I put new tires on my boat trailer drove 8 miles and one blew out took it back and they would not return my money back had to go to Wal-Mart to get it replaced but it happens

So, back in December I was told by my dealership that I needed new tires at only 19000 miles on my brand new vehicle. I did not believe it at the time and thought I could at least get some more mileage out of them. Because I was planning to drive a long way on my vacation I decided to finally go get new tires so I chose discount tire because they had a great price. Not only did they have a great price they told me I didnt need new tires and to come back in 10 thousand miles. I feel most tire dealerships would have taken advantage of what I was told by my car dealership. These people are honest and legitimately good people.

Excellent service and staff.Only thing I think they can improve upon is directional signage guiding customers with appointments to their windows.It was slightly confusing seeing their lobby locked with the explanation of why but nothing directing customers to the two windows where check-in and payments were being processed. It certainly didnt ruin the experience though, once I got checked in everything else was excellent.

Started by getting a quote from Tom. He was terrific in providing pricing and advice on different tires. Their pricing is great and installation was very reasonable. They are so friendly and easy to work with. This will be my tire store from now on. My daughter shops here as well as my other daughter’s hubby. The whole family has chosen Discount Tire Outlet as our go to tire store.

Being on SS, money is tight. I called around for the best price on 4 tires for my car. It came down to two dealers. Discount Tires had the better price for the same tire. I scheduled for the next day and was in and out in about an hour. Luckily it was a nice day and we could sit outside enjoying the weather. I can sure tell the difference in the driving and the ride since buying Cooper Hercules Tires !

I picked up a nail in my brand new car. I called around to see who had the correct tools to fix it. I drove out of my way to go here because they reassured me that their best technician would work on it and they had proper tools with my TPM sensors. I picked up car and I immediately seen a HUGE grooves dug all the way around rim. (Brand new car) the guy took me inside and told me a new employee with no guidance did it and I couldn’t believe it. I specifically called and made sure and when dropped off again. ???Told me it would be no charge and the manager was out of town but he’d have him call me. I talked to manager several times. He was a real gem. Kept blowing me off. He told me he’d get me a new rim twice and I called where he ordered them from and they told me both times they are refurbished. I have a new car. I want a new rim. Not refurbished. He told me multiple times it was new. I sent him invoice to have dealership replace the rim. He offered me partial money for rim but not the amount to cover to buy a new rim. He taped our audio conversations and got nasty many times with me. I asked to talk to the owner and he said he doesn’t talk to anyone. I am pretty easy going and nothing bothers me. But every time I see someone tell someone to go here it upsets me and hope that no one does so they don’t have the heartache they caused me. I had a simple nail hole leek and now I have a jacked up rim. Terrible customer service !!!

Took my car in after being told by another mechanic (out of state) that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. discount tire was honest with me and told me they did not need to be replaced at this, no charge. also always able to get me in, in a timely manner and willing to explain repairs to me. when an issue came up that required me to take my car to the dealership mechanic, they helped me understand the situation so that I would not be talked into unnecessary repairs/costs. so thankful to have a mechanic team I can trust.

Amazing people and service... I left work to find my tire flat with an hour and a half drive home ahead of me. ☹️ Not familiar with the area, I Googled and found Discount Tire Outlet Tires Pros, filled the tire up with air at a gas station, called, said a prayer, and drove out to them. They did everything they could to help me out quickly and professionally even though I had no appointment and it was so close to close for them. No one complained and they were so personable and kind. The tire was able to be repaired, thank goodness, and I was able to feel secure and safe in my drive home. Truly can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.

My family use to have good service here until recently, my sons truck has been done 5 days now but discount tire wont release it because they are also trying to charge for a personal tool of an employee that got broke fixing my sons truck.P.s. this wouldnt let me give 0 star ratingIm very disappointed with them

I did a lot of research and Discount Tire Outlet had the lowest out-the-door price I could find. During these trying times when customer service has all but disappeared, Discount Tire is the exception. You are treated like you are the most important customer they have. So far I have purchased a set of tires for my truck, car and camper here and have been completely satisfied with all of them.

This tire shop is incredible. Very nice folks who do not try to steer you to the most expensive tires. We worked with Tom and I think Rob. They are awesome guys. The estimated time for our wait (Saturday morning) was 2 hours. So they told us we could go shopping and be back in 2 hours. Within 5 mi ites of being back they had the car in. 45 minutes later, the tires were done and we were on the road. We will be getting our tires here in the future.

My wife hit a hole in the road which ruined 2 tires and Broke 2 rims. I called Tire Pros to get tires and what to do about rims. They advised they had a local company that can repair the rims and they would order the tires. I removed the wheels from the car. After inspecting the rims I noticed they were not broken but bent. I called Tire Pros and told them the rims were bent and I was buying 2 rims from a salvage yard and Will be dropping them off. They installed my tires on the new rims and when I picked them up I told them I needed to make an appointment to have the car aligned. They told me to bring the car on Monday at 4:30. I dropped the car off. I thought they would have the car done on Tuesday but to my surprise they had it done soon after I dropped it off. I would recommend Tires Pros to anyone. They have done my truck tires and both my cars tires and my mother’s tires. They also do my bosses tires on his truck. The sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is very helpful when it comes to figuring out what tires to install on the vehicles. They also get my vehicles done fast. Well done. Great experience. Everyone at this location seem to really care and want to help. Came in to get two front tires and had picked two that were similar to the new ones I had placed on the back. After taking my two off they realized I have automatic all time 4x4 on my Cherokee and told me that it could cause issues if I didn’t get the same tire as was in the back. Didn’t charge me a thing. Put my tires back on and rotated them, and then ordered the correct ones. Moved here from Colorado and have lived all over. You don’t get this kinda service in most places. I’ll be coming back until we move again.

This is the second time I bought tires at Discount Tire Outlet and they treated me great. I only had 27000 Mi on my old 50000 mile tires and they prorated the difference with my new ones. Its saved me a bundle and Ill continue going there!

We had our rear brakes replaced. They are very nice in there, prices are good and they got me in and out of there pretty fast. They have always given us the best prices on tires as well.

This place was extremely busy on a Saturday morning but was able to get my 4 tires installed at a decent price without waiting extremely long. I liked how the rebate was submitted for me. They were also going to have the tire manufacturer review my tires that were replaced as they only had 22k miles on them. Amazing place. Called about 15 minutes to close due to a blown tire out of no where. Gentleman told me to bring it in and take a look. Once I got there he was very friendly and luckily they had on tire that fit my car. 25 bucks and back on the road in 10-15 minutes.
