At the end of 2018, our department was experiencing some computer issues. Louis Berlin, Seifert Network Engineer, examined our system and explained that our current system, at the time, faced certain security risks. After a short meeting, we found that a server upgrade was needed. Louis and Seifert Staff was upfront with what was needed and hid nothing. Within weeks our new server was in place and operating without any issues, securely. Louis and the Seifert Staff are easy to reach when needed, quickly responding to any issues. We have recently begun upgrading our in-car and body camera systems, Louis has been involved with every step, making sure the upgrades are completed correctly, and complete.
