Went in to buy a super nice high quality, desk chair..Found one and wanted badly, of course its on back order. I asked if floor model was available and if they would go down on price since it had been on floor for whiie, ...now have you know this was a pricey chair, not a 100 model, the manager wouldnt budge!! So sad for them they lost a big big sale. I wont go back. Then we went to leave and another guy was clueless offers us can he help us...and he already seen us once...Duhhhh. And we pay these young kids 13-15 an hour??? Its only just begun people. I wont go back.

We went to your store yesterday with a small printing/copying job. Judy Coleson assisted us and was such a big help! Even though it was a small job, she still spent time with us to make ensure that it was done to our satisfaction. Great customer service!

I went in for business cards at the Tusc store in Canton. I could not have been helped any more than by Ellyn Moser in the print area. She was patient and thorough. She helped me design my cards and order in the 1st visit.Thanks Ellyn and OfficeMax.

Have come here to get copies made several times. The best customer service I have had at an Office Max/Office Depot to date. Ellyn the Supervisor is very knowledgeable, super friendly and the copies were made very quickly. I definitely recommend Ellyn and the Massillon store for printing services and will be back soon

Helpful and friendly staff. There is always amazing things to be found here. Im on a regular printing schedule here for class notes because the prices are great,even for return address labels. If you bring your own labels, they can do anything.They have all that stuff you thought would be hard to find...

Very convenient location and helpful staff. I prepare and print most of my forms with Kayla Gardener at this location. Kayla and her co workers are very professional and personable. If there is ever an issue with printing, it is handled promptly. I would refer others to store.

Very helpful staff! I needed to return DirectTV equipment but direct TV only sent a return label for USPS. The staff at office Max determined they could send USPS packages with their FedEx system and saved me from having to do more running around town
