I had lost some parts in one of my assemblies that i would have spend around 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to recreate new ones. so Arcis Technology Group was able to recover the folder they were in, when i opened the assembly after they recovered the folder all the parts were in place i did not even have to select the missing parts and go replace part like i had expected. this was very easy and would recommend ARCIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.Thanks again

The ARCIS team is an excellent choice for IT support. They handle all of our help desk issues and provide network support. Most of the support is done remotely, but we do have a tech on site two days a week. All techs have been swift to respond to reported issues and proficient in resolving IT issues.
