Shannon was my stylist and was so friendly and did such a great job with my cut and perm! It makes me feel like a new woman! I have gone there for almost twenty five years and will continue to do so! Highly recommend the salon . Thanks again Shannon for a super job!!!

I you want a new trendy style don’t come here. While they were pleasant enough, they don’t seem to be up on new techniques( or even old) I was looking for a contrast, light and dark, she couldn’t get it lite. I have gotten it lighter myself with a box from the store! But she did get the skin around my hairline, forehead even some on my cheek very dark and let me walk out like that! I was pleasant and listened to her excuses as to why she couldn’t achieve what I wanted and that if she could keep me sitting there while she tried yet another costly product adding up my bill. Enough was enough. I’ll NEVER come back and I’ll not give a good review to anyone who ask me. I now go to Sally’s and spend more money to fix it myself!

This was a back-up plan for me as my regular stylist was out of town. Im sorry l dont remember the stylist name but she did an outstanding job! I made another appointment with her for next week even though my regular stylist is back. I am one of those older ladies who gets their hair done every week.

I gave the girl free reign minus three things. I just did not want short layers, if she gave me bangs they had to be really long and I still wanted length. It wasnt dried or anything so my natural curl came out and it looked good then. When I got home I decided to straighten it to see how it looked that way and she basically gave me a mullet. It almost looks like I have two separate haircuts. The top half was pretty heavily layered (which some of them are not even) and then I just had an extra four inches of hair underneath it. Going back today to have it fixed.

I had a very good and very safe experience at Supercuts in Massillon. I was very leery about going in due to virus concerns but every step of the process of getting a cut & perm was done with safety in mind. From the moment I entered until I left I felt completely safe. Thank you for that.

Great place for a hair cut!

The stylist is a great person with excellent customer service skills. Feel comfortable there and not at like hurry up & go.

I pulled in at 7:40 for a simple haircut and as soon as they seen me pull in they quickly ran up and turned the Open sign off. Their business hrs online clearly stated they closed at 8pm. My haircut would have taken literally 10 min to do. There was 2 girls working, no customers were there. They were sitting in the cut chairs talking but couldnt take the time to cut hair as they are getting paid for. Id give 0 starts if possible. Why work somewhere if you arent willing to work?

Vicky is an extremely wonderful person to have as your stylist! Even though I just went in for a simple haircut, she did everything she needed to to make the experience as great as possible. She took time, and paid close attention to detail. She actually sectioned my hair which many young stylists in this chain fail to do most of the time. I would recommend Vicky to everybody!

I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair and I could never find a place I liked before I came to this one. Famous Hair salons have never been a big fan of mine but this one is PERFECT. Great atmosphere and Great people. they really are the sweetest and KNOW what their doing.

I made an online appointment to save time. When I got there I was told to wait and the next available stylist would help me. If you offer timed appointments then ignore them they are useless. I could have just walked in and got the same service.
