Trust me, you do not want to rent from this. Property managers are always violating the landlord tenant laws and stepping on your rights. Things dont get fixed unless you get gov agencies like Fair Housing, Health Dept, Courts, etc., involved. If I could give a negative star rating, I would because this doesnt even deserve a tiny fraction of a star. With all the proof I have of landlord tenant law violations, theyre lucky I dont start a court case and press a major lawsuit.

My apartment was recently renovated so I have no complaints in regards to cleanliness. However management and maintenance are terrible. The main entrances to the apartment buildings are not locked and the apartment doors don’t have peepholes. When I asked management about installing a door chain, they told me it would be considered destruction of property. I value security and that is something this place lacks.Also I called twice about raccoons living in the ceiling and no one ever came to check it out.

Everyone is friendly. I locked my keys in my truck and the cops came instantly. Thinking I was breaking into a vehicle. Great to know neibors are watching and looking out for one another!!! 5stars easily

If you have bad credit and felonies this is the place for you. That all this place is good for. Have to fight for a decent parking space if you live any where other than the front building. When you move out dont expect your deposit. Had to threaten with court just to get a fraction of what was owed. Make up things just to keep your deposit. Management/owner is rude and acts like she has not time for you when you have issues. So glad to be out of their. Very few people stay longer than a year!

We live here now and we have a newborn, when we first moved in, in may of 2018 the apartment was a dirty mess. we had to clean it our selfs. the carpet was sticky finally had them come clean them again after asking 3 times. Also in our master bedroom our bathroom our toilet is falling in and rocks back and forth with the smell of sewer gas with the carpet getting mold around the toilet, called to the office about they said they cant fix it because they would have to take the floor up and they stated they didnt want to do that so all they did was put a piece of wood behind it so it wouldnt move. Also the water coming out of the showers is orange and has been since we moved in, running water in spare bathroom in the which is making mold on the bathtub. I cant have that with a newborn that has been sick already..

Building getting kind of old and worn . They seem to have a lot of turnover. Need bigger parking, Ive only been in one apartment and it seemed OK. But probably wouldnt move there.
