These people were very up front and did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle.Its an older truck, which I bought about a year ago. Previous owner didnt do a lot of standard maintenance, leaving a big repair bill. Totally not this shops fault, they even mentioned a few things I was aware of but didnt mention when I scheduled the appointment because they werent primary concerns.Gentleman who I spoke with explained everything in an easy to understand way without sounding condescending (I didnt say anything about my own automotive experience, which is pretty extensive, having been the co owner of a car dealership at one point in time).I would definitely take my car to these people.

This shop saved the day. Our car broke down in the middle of a trip from Canada to Portland and Terry’s auto shop stayed 2 hours past their closing time to assist us and truly went the extra mile. i’ve never encountered such amazing customer service and genuine care for their customers. Trust worthy and reliable experts. 11/10!!! Thanks again, it meant so much to be assisted like that in such a stressful time.

So incredibly blessed - could have been a huge replacement bill. Turned out to be a simple fix and the compassion and courtesy for THIS widow was wonderful. You have to know I will be going back to see them as I have need. They showed care for me as a person as well as the problem with the car. I so appreciated that aspect of the business.

Anne and JT were all around great people to my fiancé and I in a very stressful time. When we first called the shop, JT was on his way to rescue a family that had broken down, this gave us insight into what kind of people they are. We would recommend having your vehicle serviced here as they are honest, helpful and professional.

Good to deal with

Quite possibly one of the worst businesses on the planet. Not only did they take months to rebuild my transmission they rebuilt it with Chinese parts and possibly junkyard parts it ended up costing me three times amount of money to have another shop completely rebuild it again not more than a few months later. When I called them and asked them to help pay for the damage they had done. they told me to go fly a kite. Not only did they mess up the transmission they installed the clutch Incorrectly and ruined a $1200 South Bend Clutch. Look around the shop you’ll quickly see that it’s a dump, their business and work ethics go hand-in-hand. Be prepared to spend way more than what you had ever bargained for with this company.

I am literally crying right now as I write this review. These guys of had my vehicle for two months I have no way to get to work I just got fired from my job. I don’t understand how it can take so long to get the parts. I’ve paid in full they demanded full payment in up front to cover the costs. I’m still waiting and have not got my vehicle. I’m pretty sure JT abuses women.

Terrys was able to identify my issue and resolve it for me in a real pinch. They even helped fix issues non tranny related. Above and beyond guys thanks! I will be s returning customer.

Family friendly grat service

Had my truck tranny rebuilt about 60000 miles ago had numerous tranny leaks put in new t tranny line 600 dollars later on top of the 45 00.00 dollars rebuild new line leaked till tranny was slipping. Then driveline bolts came out. So much for paying extra for a bullet proof tranny. Now its getting rebuilt right costing me another 3200 including a billet torque converter and shift kit. If you have lots of money and dont use vehicle much bring it there. If you want it done right the first time and want it to last more than a few years go elsewhere.

Great place does grwat work

Transmission Bid was over $1,000 cheaper than what we were actually charged. The Truck transmission swap took over 4 days longer than we were told, and was done incorrectly because the truck slams into 2nd gear and runs way worse than it did before we took it here. Not happy and would never recommend this shop for a transmission service.
