Dont ever go to these guys for anything. Two days after them having my car they sent an email stating itll take one week till theyre done. The next day they send an email stating its all done, 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday. They then expected us to pick it up before closing, not considering normal people are at work. After that trouble, we picked up the car later and found a big crack in our windshield that they neglected to tell us about. I had to call multiple times, with them not returning my calls. Finally I took the car in, they looked at it and said let us talk about it and see what we can do. Almost an entire week went by with no word, so I called again. They said they would call me back, but never did. So I called again, they then said the crack was previously there even though they didnt mention it in the beginning report and that we would have to pay $1400 to fix it. The crack was never there and when I argued with the guy he hung up on me.

My experience with Gerber was an extremely positive one. I very much appreciated the communication from Harper as he kept me informed during the entire process of having my truck repaired and it was even done ahead of schedule. I cant thank them enough for the quality of work done and the high level of customer service

I will only work with Gerber Collision. The employees are fun, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with my car and updated me on the status. And they finished my car a week ahead of schedule. When I arrived to pick it up, I was happy to see that they had taken the extra step of cleaning my car, inside and out.

I had a horrible experience here. They completely screwed up hood and left it looking awful, they didn’t do a complete job, and got paid way to much for a job NOT well done. Not to mention their staff and manager is very disrespectful. They can’t admit to their incompetent work. I do not recommend, it’s not worth your time, or money.

If I could give them zero stars thats what they should get..please dont take you car their..they screwed out s up twice..didnt even blend the paint on the fender in with the hood..left pins out of the fender well cover..that holds it in place..1st fender didnt even line up right on the car..now I have rattles in the front end area of the car..God only knows what else they did to our car...and it is a 2015 Honda accord with only 7.500 miles on it..and they messed it all up..if your smart take your car somewhere else...you can get your car fixed where ever you like its state law..hope you find this review helpful..

Ive been here two times to get my car repaired. Both were good experiences. Today, I went in for an estimate and they didnt have time They wanted me to come back Thursday or Friday. Or schedule an appointment. I told them Ive NEVER needed one before, or have got this type of treatment. I made the trip from South Everett because Ive been here before and got good service. I would be very pissed if I had to come back out again the same week. They then told me to go to another auto body shop down the street. I will not go back, and will never tell anyone to bring their car here again. They can take their crappy, lazy I dont want to do attitudes and stick it! Three people sitting on their computers doing nothing. If thats what you pay your employees to do, turn down customers/clients. Then you dont want business at all.

Ive used the Marysville location several times over the last 5+ years and they always do super work. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Motor and electrical issues they usual contract out or recommend someone else. And they always kept me up to date on repair progress.

When it rains it pours. Had two car accidents in the last month and the folks at Gerber are exceptional both in the quality of the repairs but the over-the-top customer service. I hope its at least another 10 years before another accident, but would call these folks in a nanosecond. Highly recommended by most insurance companies also.

The guys I have talked to in the office were really cool. It doesnt help that my insurance wouldnt give them approvals right away and everything. But my truck was supposed to be done a week ago today and still wont be done till next week. The paint department is extremely slow and I have been on the bottom of the list since its been there. I probably wont go to them again. Just wish they would speed up there process.

Receptionist is so mean and rude . I did called them more than 3 time to make an appointment to repair my car. They keep answers they don’t know schedule to repair my car. if i want i can bring my car in. but they don’t know when they will finish even though I already have an estimate from insurance company. Are they work with out knowing there schedule? . I’m never recommend any one to gerber collision.

Gerber Collision in Marysville did a fantastic job! They worked swiftly and the car (350z) looks awesome. The staff went above and beyond by providing me with updates every other day about the car while handling everything through the insurance company. I recommend this business to everyone looking to get a great quality repair done in a timely fashion. They also warranty the quality of their work.I just picked up my brother-in-laws car from Gerber Collision in Marysville. It was hit at full speed (25-30mph) while parked resulting in major damage(requiring replacement) to a quarter panel and two wheels and minor damage to BOTH bumpers (pushed into the car parked in front of it). My brother in law is in the Navy and was hoping to pick it up and drive it to his new duty station less than two weeks after the accident. When they heard that they said they would try to get it done before he got back but couldnt make any promises because parts alone usually take at least a week to come in for this vehicle. They had it done on time (actually, I think it was a day early) looking better than before the accident and fully detailed. The paint job is beautiful and the Z looks like new. The new quarter panel had to be welded in and the metal looks seamless! Everything was done quickly but they take great pride in their work and the quality is wonderful. They even stayed late so I could pick it up on time for my brother-in-law. :-) If you take your car to them you are leaving it in great hands and the cars are parked in a secured location (not just in an open parking lot).Bottom line-They have fantastic people on their staff who take great pride in their work, complete the repairs in a timely fashion, and do a very high quality job.

If you plan to deal with them through National General Insurance, DONT! 2 weeks, my car sat there with them telling me it was totaled, and yet they never bothered to sent the paperwork to the insurance company. I am having to continually call because, although promised, neither Gerber or National General will call me back. If you have 3 weeks to go without a car, they can help you Im sure, but if not. Choose another company!

I got sideswiped on the HWY, after the police completed the accident report, I drove away and my ABS and Traction Control warning lights lit up.The warning light continues to go off almost every time I drive the car. The lights never came on before the accident.Gerber seemed to be only interested in doing the body work and when they called to tell me me that my car was ready there was NO MENTION on the estimate or work order of my main concern my ABS brakes going out.Only then did they address my main concern and they took it to a Toyota Dealership. The dealership could not relate the ABS going out to the accident.I am on the hook for getting my car to pre accident condition, Gerber failed.UPDATE:I contacted the Service Advisor at Foot Hills Toyota and asked him about his diagnostics. He said he could not confirm that the accident caused the damage, NOR could he rule it out.I asked him how often that part needs repair, he replied very rarely. So a part that very rarely fails just happened to fail at the time of the collision, lucky me!Gerber tells PEMCO that the dealership cant relate the problem to the accident. Repair denied! If you only need body work maybe go to Gerber, if you have mechanical or electrical issues, I would stay away from Gerber.I really wish I would have taken it to a dealership for the entire repair.I feel I got the run around and my vehicle is not restored to pre-accident condition.Buyer Beware...

In October of last year, I was involved in an accident that damaged the right front end of my 2014 Wrangler. At the time of the accident, it had less than 14k miles, and was in perfect condition. Upon the recommendation of my insurance company, I took it to Gerber in Lynnwood. Initially, they said it would take a week or two. A couple days later, they informed me that they couldnt fix it at their Lynnwood shop, and they needed to tow it up to Smokey Point. A week turned into 3, then 4, then 5. 40 DAYS LATER, they finally called and said it was ready for pickup. The bill: $19,000When I arrived, I could immediately see problems. There was daylight between the body/top, and door/frame. I pointed it out, and they said they would take care of it while I waited. A few minutes later, he returned with a slight improvement in the door issue. I was in no mood to argue about it, so I took it as it was. On the way home, I noticed major wind noise, and the tire pressure light came on, so I called a friend who was a mechanic. He crawled under the vehicle, got up and said, take this back to them immediately. There were bolts and brackets missing, cables hanging loose, and a huge gouge in the frame. So back it went.A week later, they called and assured me everything had been fixed, and I went back to pick it up again. A few days later, the windshield wiper fell off, and put a huge scratch in the windshield. And then things got really bad…While driving from Bothell to Seattle, I stopped at a light. When I pulled away, I lost all braking ability. The pedal went straight to the floor, and there was no way to stop. Thankfully, I was able to turn into a strip mall, coast into a parking spot, and throw it in park to stop it. When I looked underneath, what I saw that the right front brake caliper had completely fallen off! Had traffic been heavier, or if I would have made it to the freeway, I would almost certainly not be alive today. I called Gerber and threatened to sue them, and they sent a tow truck (an hour later) to take it to a brake shop. When I got it back, I had my friend inspect it again. He said NONE of the issues had been fixed, and there were new ones. No way was I taking it back to them a fourth time, so I took it to the Jeep dealer. The service manager called and informed me that it was the worst repair job she had ever seen, that it needed $3k worth of work just to make it safe, and that if I declined the repairs, I would have to sign a waiver releasing them from liability in the event of my death! She emailed me photos of bolts sticking out, missing brackets, bent steering arms, and a host of other atrocities. She also forwarded them to Gerber, and within 10 minutes, they agreed to pick up the tab. 2 more weeks in the shop.Once all those issues had been addressed, I took it to another shop to deal with the top and door problems. They said Gerber had screwed it up so bad, there was no way it could be repaired, and that it needed to be totaled. But because the insurance company had already dumped over $20k into it already, they stepped in to negotiate. They provided so-called comparable vehicles and Gerber offered to buy it from me. Problem is, when you have a vehicle that is only a year old, has 15k miles on it, and was custom ordered from the factory, there is no such thing as a comparable used vehicle. The only way to replace it is to order a new one from the factory again, which takes 6-8 weeks. I called my attorney, and he said that even though Gerber had almost killed me TWICE, a lawsuit would be too expensive, and it was best to just settle. In the end, I was forced to settle for $10,000 less than what it cost me to replace it with a new one. And thats in addition to my $500 deductible, $200 in rental car taxes, and a couple thousand in lost wages from the time I had to take off work dealing with it all. Be warned: if you take your vehicle to Gerber, you are not only foolish, you are putting your life at risk.

WARNING: GO TO WBL AUTOMOTIVE INSTEAD. Gerber was in charge of protecting our vehicle while waiting for the insurance company to decide if the auto was a total loss. We were assured that the broken windows were covered with collision wrap and the inside was protected. About a week later when we visited the facility to check on the vehicle, the driver door was completely exposed! All the controls in the door were so drenched you could see standing water in them and the seat & floor area were also saturated. This total disregard, unfortunately, caused the vehicle to become a total loss which is not what we wanted, but are now forced to face! When discussing this with Jaime in the collision department she ignored this complaint by trying to change the subject and couldnt even bother with an apology much less a solution to the damage they caused. I was so frustrated with her lack of concern that I simply ended the conversation. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone for even the simplest of repairs since they couldnt even care for a vehicle awaiting repair!! Worst customer service and concern for others property Ive ever experienced. Isnt that their job? To care for our vehicles?? So disappointed!IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR VEHICLE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF GO TO WBL AUTOMOTIVE. They took care of another vehicle for us (wind damage) with 110% customer service! From setting up a rental for us, keeping in contact with us, dealing with the insurance company, and closing everything out paperwork wise. Our vehicle was taken care of perfectly and looked amazing! Gerber isnt even on the same league as WBL. Gerber is just highly WRECKED in our book not wreck-ommended! Just these customers two cents! :) Thanks for reading!
