Smooth, no nonsense, we dealt with Kevin Hansen the entire process. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and process and treated us very well throughout. The whole staff was very friendly and they treated us like they knew us; even one of the owners came and chatted for a bit the day we picked up our Venza. After researching the best place to get service done in the Seattle area, Marysville Toyota had the highest ratings. But it was an hour drive from Seattle. And let me tell you it was worth the drive!! I called the day before desperate for a road trip check up and oil change because I would be leaving for a 1,600 mile drive the next day. They let me know that I would have to drop it off early in the morning and they would maybe have time for it in between other appointments. So I mentally prepared myself to stay there until close. I drop it off the next morning. I arrive and the attendants are so friendly and helpful. I sit at the lounge/waiting area. One of the attendants comes up to me and lets me know since my car was a drop off it might be a few hours more and I was more than okay with that since I didn’t have an appointment. I explained to her that I don’t have a ride back home so I would wait however long I needed to. She was super nice. About an hour and a half goes by and I get called over by Rudy (I think that was his name) and let’s me know that my car is ready!!! I was honestly shocked and relieved how fast they had it serviced and that I wouldn’t have to spend my whole day there. Rudy went over the technician’s observations and recommendations for my car. I then I expressed to him that I’m trusting them they took care of my car so I would make it to Texas safe and sound and I’m so thankful I took it to Marysville Toyota because I did make it back home to Texas safe and I’m glad I made the hour drive to trust their hands with my car. The people are very nice and welcoming and the service is relatively fast. But Im just baffled at the inconsistency of the service reports. Last time I got my service done they said I needed to replace my head gasket, brakes and more but now the head gasket and the brakes arent on the list (despite me not doing anything repair wise) this consistency makes me confused on what to believe and what to not believe.

Kevin was helpful every step of the way. He sent videos, and regular updates, got most of the paper work done ahead of time, and was able to help source the car even with the microchip shortage. Great experience, extremely happy with the car.

Complete breakdown of internal communication at Marysville Toyota.Waited for the vehicle longer than their estimated time. There was no notification when the work was completed. Had to find my vehicle parked on the side. of the building. Person helping me had no idea where the vehicle was located. Noticed the customer prior to me had the same issue.Still receiving emails for service reminders on a vehicle I haven’t owned for several years, after having repeatedly asked them to update their information.

Parts will be delivered and ready for you to pick up right outside the side door. They were also extremely accommodating and helped me get a refund after ordering a part that wasnt compatible with my Tacoma.

When bought my car in for service I was Recommend services already preformed elsewhere. They said it was based on mileage . Even though, I am assuming it was with an inspection when I bought it in for service.I had brakes done elsewhere, which was one of the recommended services to be done. I still had 60 % left on them!Get a second opinion.I like to go the dealer if I get a deal on service I need.

Teresa was really great to work with. No pressure sales, you know what you’re getting and what you’ll pay. We definitely chose the right dealership for our RAV4 hybrid purchase. No problem to change the color choice and options. She found us exactly what we were looking for, and kept us updated with when our ordered vehicle would (and did) arrive. Courteous, respectful, and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

Many dealership have markups during this time with the “shortage” of vehicles. I was glad to find the perfect Tacoma, and even better, without a markup, slightly under MSRP. I think getting a new car or truck should be a good happy feeling rather than feeling regretful. I’m pleased to say that I’m very happy with my new truck!

When asked if I wanted the car washed when they were done I said no I already washed the car by hand that morning, they ran it through the car wash anyway which upset me because they leave scratches and swirl marks on the paint and they did not dry it off so I had to detail all the soap and water spots off the car and windows and discovered they scratched the roof in the car wash.Checked under the hood and saw not all the fluids were topped off but they checked it off saying they did which calls into question what else did they not do but checked off.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. No “playing the game” as you would at many dealerships and was quoted a fair price right out of the gates (yes, I did shop around a bit). I’d send all my friends to buy from Marysville Toyota.

Horrible. Went in for my windshield to be replaced. Within the first 15 minutes of appointment the new windshield was dropped and broken. Was told I would have to reschedule for the following week and take additional time off work for this next appointment. Called Brent, the service supervisor, what Marysville Toyota was going to do with making this right as it was their fault. Brent said he knew nothing about this and would get back to me. Brent did not call back and instead had another employee call me back. This employee stated “Brent told me to call you back because you have some questions.” Called that employee back but had to leave a message. Called Brent back and had to leave another message requesting only Brent to call me back as he is the service supervisor. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT go to Marysville Toyota. Drive the extra miles to Everett or Bellingham’s Toyota if you have to go to the dealership.

First off this is my 35th car in the 18 years of driving so trading and buying cars is extremely familiar to my lifestyle.With that said I’m sure my purchase through an email inbox came with some skeptics from the sales staff as i do not like dealing through a phone until i’m in the final stretch of a deal. My 4Runner had a SRS light, VSC light, and check engine light on. I went to this dealership to have it serviced. The following day they contacted me to ask permission if they can hold on to the car so they can drive it around so they can diagnose it some more. I am happy that they communicated with me well with updates and the necessary repairs that needs to be done with my car. Overall, I am satisfied with my transaction with them.

I’ve purchased dozens of cars in my life and never had an experience as good as with Marysville Toyota. It was quick, seamless, painless and easy. No pushy sales person, no high pressure supervisor. They have lowest prices AND gave me more for my trade in that the other dealerships. I absolutely love my truck and saved over $3,000 compared to the other dealerships. I just went in for my first service check and it was easy and quick too. I usually don’t go out of my way to recommend businesses but Marysville Toyota was that incredible.

Slow and bad service. Dropped my car off for recalls. I asked about getting a tune-up, said they would get back to me, never did. Complimentary car wash that was offered never happened. When it was time to pick up I was told at the front desk wait in the lobby somebody would be right out to take me to my car. No one came. When I asked a second time I was told thats not my job. I had a much better experience at Rodland, will be going there next time.

Very poor communication. I had to call 3 times over an hour and a half timeframe to finally get a hold of someone in service to find out what was going on with my car. Then when I picked it up they left all their trash all over the front seats.

My wife and I really liked the straight up price policy at this dealership. Adrian was friendly and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and helped us to decide on which behind to purchase by providing cost estimates and helping us to get all the incentives possible. We never felt pressured by the sales team. Not only that, one of the owners, Perry, stopped to talk with us and insured about how the dealership could do better to Steve is customers.
