We have been using this service for about three years and have been quite satisfied. Yesterday two of their veteran workers, Javier and Lisa, cleaned the house both quickly and thoroughly. Both take on uncommon issues easily and cheerfully. Each is very personable. In addition, Lisa has special skills with carpet stains. We like this company

I was going through my divorce and I have my son to raise, this wonderful team started cleaning our home and my son and I are delighted by their cleaning service. I am an HR manager by profession and don’t patronize unworthy work.To begin, Chris provided a prompt and accurate estimate and they began cleaning our home soon thereafter. They have been cleaning our home for about 4-5 months. We find their cleaning thorough and on-time. And they are always nice and accommodating to our special requests and needs. Thank you! The service is getting poorer with every visit ... leave most of the areas unattended and have to be reminded. Once you remind them, they get offensive. For the latest visit, they cancelled 2 times without prior notice. The initial few visits were really good. Its all downhill from there on.

On April 20 the cleaning team of Lisa and Marie cleaned our house. They were courteous, conscientious, thorough, and they worked diligently to provide excellent service. The results were superlative. We would like to request they return every two weeks. We highly recommend Lisa and Marie.

Javier and Danielle were thorough, professional and very careful around all of our knickknacks. Our appliance surfaces were spotless, which is saying a lot, what with the husband of the house doing a lot more cooking during the COVID crisis. They are courteous, efficient, and pleasant in doing their work and they comply with the masks and social distance requirements of working with COVID.

Best house-keeping service ever had! Have been a customer for over three years...and I am picky.Two or three people arrive to clean on regularly scheduled days.Arrival on time...30 minute window because of potential traffic. Trained and experienced staff. Fast. Do extra cleaning each week as scheduled on a Predetermined plan. Also, have always said “yes”to any reasonable requests I have.Best thing is that everyone who comes is an excellent communicator, happy and do an excellent job. No complaints on this service - well, except that they arrived an hour earlier than expected and I wasnt glued to my phone to watch for notification of their early arrival. They were all personable, professional and got the job done!

Lisa and Amie are efficient, professional and super courteous. They went above and beyond in noticing extra things like Amazon boxes that needed to be broken down and tossed and ashes (from the fires) that needed to be vacuumed. The Cleaning Authority is great at being flexible when I need to adjust dates for cleanings. If I could give them any less than 1 I would have. Not only they do a crappy job but also they say their workers are trustworthy but they are not and they will steal from you sooner or later and they don’t take responsibility at all. So I wouldn’t use them ever again.

Dont hire this company. They would at times not bother to show up and notify you. My son who would at times be at the house when they were cleaning (since we told to only clean the first floor) would tell me that they finish in 20 min for the ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR. They would also come late and my son would hear them talk bad about your house. BOTTON LINE; SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND HIRE ANOTHER SOMEONBODY ELSE

Very disappointing experience with this company. They simply failed to show up twice (without bothering to notify us) and, when they did show up, frequently came outside the agreed-upon time frame. They skipped rooms and generally did a poor job cleaning. We regret hiring this company and would not recommend them. The star is for the cleaners (different people each time), who were friendly and hardworking (just poorly trained or overworked perhaps).
