They were a no-show twice. They kept assuring that they would call me back to confirm, but that never happened. I did reschedule with them before, but that was in advance of the appointment. If youre a company thats scheduled to appear, dont wait for the customer to call wondering where you are.

The young man did a wonderful job on the carpets in the den and bedroom. Having gotten a new dog, it was necessary that these two rooms were taken care of ASAP. I was impressed in the fact that the young man was very courteous and professional. Therefore I feel this company is worthy of 5 stars.

These people did such an amazing job, I got my couch and loveseat cleaned for me to move and it had a lot of dog hair on it and they had it looking brand new and the 2 guys that came stayed after hours and were friendly and didn’t complain bc there truck wouldn’t start so it took them longer, also they came the exact same day I called because I had to be out by the weekend!
