Went into this Store to buy my Daughter a phone and was greeted by a kind man named Julian, He sat me down and we talked about what her best option would be for a phone, we decided on an iPhone SE and he had me in and out of the store with everything transferred extremely fast! He also saved me 20$ on my bill with a new phone! Will come back in the future for any help.
Grace is a great employee. She took the time and effort to make sure I got the phone I wanted even when there were miscommunications along with getting it. Great customer service from her!
Paul was beyond patient (literally stayed open two hours after close to help remedy my issue), super knowledgeable yet easy to understand (no technical jargon needed) and friendly. Really great service all around!
These people are not good people. They are a very misleading store. Do not fall for there tactics. Very bad experience purchasing two phones for my daughters. Live and work in Marshfield. Sad to see a store behave the way they did.
Today I went into to the Marshfield Verizon store and was greeted by Paul. He was very helpful fixing my mess from another store. I wish I had gone to see him first. He was patient and filled with knowledge (which wasn’t explained to me at another store.) I highly recommend going to this store, and ask for Paul. You’ll walk out with all of your phone questions answered and stress free.
Worst experience in my life ! Extremely poor customer service . Went to buy new phone and 4 hours later ! Very short staffed and spoke to very condescending . Surprised the store is still open .
My experience was so wonderful. Mike McKay was very knowledgeable and patient through what I thought would be a stressful process. He found what my needs were and did what he could to help me. He even got my photos and videos over to my new phone! What a great experience! He is an amazing employee who has helped with previous phone issues. My husband and I will definitely be back.
Michael & his two associates did a great job helping me upgrade from a flip phone to a very affordable smart phone. They were patient, helpful & informative. It was a great experience with no pressure or stress. I highly recommend Michael, his associates, and this store to anyone who is looking for good value, great service, and an excellent product.

I had the best experience at this Marshfield location! I ordered a new iPhone 8 and Jason helped me on 4/15/18. The process was quick and easy. Today, 4/16/18, my current phone completely died and I went to the store to see what I could do. Paul, Matt, and Clyde were so beyond helpful and let me sit in the store basically all day to figure out my phone issues. Paul even called customer service to see if my iPhone 8 could be shipped faster or if there was anything else I could do. He helped me backup my phone (which had not been done in 2 years) and answered all my questions. By the end of the day I felt so much better and I learned a LOT about my iPhone. Absolutely amazing customer service here - I will always continue to go to this location!! Thank you Paul, Matt, Clyde, & Jason!! You all truly made my day!

My iPhone wasn’t working, couldn’t call, receive calls, or use internet, so I went to Verizon in Hanover, just as we pulled in they were closing the door, my husband called Marshfield to see what time they were closing and the tech there, Paul, asked what was wrong w my phone, we told him and although passed closing time, to come on over. When I arrived, he was helping another customer who had a huge problem w her phone, and helped me in between and took care of my problem. He knew right away how to fix it and instead of just doing a quick fix, he went the extra route to be sure it was not gonna re-occur. We didn’t leave there til an hour after closing at which time he was still working w the other customer. Paul was so patient and a great help, it was refreshing to see there are still employees like him that go above and beyond to help a customer, it’s become a rare reality to find employees like that.

I Went in to this store with a broken phone that was insured . We were told it’s pointless to go through insurance because these phones will continue to have this problem but that we should buy a brand new phone. I’m not to sure why we would purchase insurance if it won’t cover a defect on the phone . The employee was belittling, condensending and rude . When we suggested switching carriers he scoffed saying we would regret it and preceded to try and sell us new plans. Disappointed in the entire experience and will be switching over to AT&T

This was my first and last visit to this location. We have been customers of verizon since bag phones were a thing and NEVER have I been spoken to in such an Aggressive and condescending tone. The employee was not only unhelpful but belittling and passive aggressive as opposed to any type of helpfulness. Very poor customer service.

I just visited the Verizon store in Marshfield March and received the best customer service that I possibly could.After being lied to at the Verizon Hanover Ma store on more than one occasion regarding transfer of cellular content, the Marshfield Verizon store was a godsend. The two employees were extremely helpful and considerate. I would recommend the Marshfield Verizon store to anyone having a phone issue or question. Thanks guys, you were awesome.

They helped with a very thorny problem on my Samsung Mobile and ultimately connected to Google to retrieve all my contacts and photos--special thanks to Mike for his expertise and pesistence, while the Samsung service was,little or no assistance.
