Spectrum assumes that I, as a long term paying customer, cant read a calendar and decides to send me threatening calls, texts and emails two weeks before my due date...I cant wait to replace this horrible monopoly with starlink asap...

Several issues. No internet currently when I should have internet. Also, no way to contact through email. When I do phone calls it takes over an hour to get to a solution. Not happy at all with the service. Only highlight is the speeds at the highest in the area. Very happy with that.

Several hours of my life wasted being talked into one thing or another just trying to sign up for the cheapest plan possible. Than they set me up with the wrong plan and I had to spend another 2 hours trying to get it fixed. All because of a misleading mail advertisement. Same price as Frontier and Dishnetwork bundled, with fewer TV channels but faster internet. I hope its more reliable!

Highly unrealistic internet Is down at least once a week when I called they tell me they’re working on it but it usually takes 5 to 8 hours for it to be actually fixed they don’t care about Customer Support they just care about keeping your money I hope Elon musk put them all out of business

They let people make accounts in your name without your permission. I havent received any bills nor have I even set it up in my name. Glad to know my identity isnt safe while setting up with businesss such as charter.

Stay away!!!. Horrible experience. I was sweet-talked to try Spectrum mobile service for a 14-day trial and was told I wont be charged. I tried it but their network was horrible so I canceled. To my surprise I was charged a $50 restocking fee after returning their phone. I called and complained but they said theres nothing they can do. They never even asked me why I canceled. Its like they cared more about keeping my $50 than helping a customer. I feel cheated/scammed.

I would just like to let everyone know if you want to pay $70 a month for internet that you can’t use and doesn’t work more than it does work this is the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere else. The customer service lines answer is “ we will just send a technician because your modem is offline” which all of us can clearly figure that out.

Very expressive. I order the bundle and got the 3 yr price guarantee until I asked to drop my land line and was told I could but my monthly rate would not go down. My bill will stay the same. Dam crooks.

Well I really enjoy my service from Spectrum and if you have any issues with your cable service because if you cant fix the issue they send someone that can fix the issues keep up the good work

4 reps. 4 different versions of essentially the same story. An hour of my time, to not having ANYTHING they said be true. Why? Very poor training. How do you expect a customer to make a proper decision without all the information??

Our internet has been on and off (mostly off) for the last week. Call charter and the rep is super nice and helpful, tells me the earliest appt is Monday morning, but it is ridiculous that our service as been so poor lately, so he would put us on dispatch and get us in today. The lady from dispatch calls a couple hours later and says he never should have told me that and the earliest I was getting a tech out was Monday. So either the guy at the call center was under trained, straight up lying, or the lady at dispatch didnt feel like helping out today - her disgruntled attitude tells me it was most likely the latter. I could look for a new ISP, but charter knows I wont, because there is no true competition (no one is dropping from 100 mbps to 45 for the same price) and they know that. They can pretty much play it however they want because there is nowhere else to go. Bad company, bad customer service and they know it and dont care.

Maurice at the Spectrum Charter mall location in Marshfield WI was absolutely wonderful! He listened to what I needed and did not try to sell me undesired and more expensive service bundles. He provided efficient service while still ensuring I understood all of my new account information, how to set up and activate my internet independently at home, as well as valuable customer resources and benefits. Ive only had my internet for about 1 week, but so far i have been enjoying the reliable access and quick speed. Thank you Maurice and Charter!

The charter communications is a horrible experience.I cannot believe they are the proffesional internet service provider.I have moved to Marshfield just a couple of days back.The spectrum informed me there will be a installation guy anytime around 5pm-6pm . I waited for him and no body turns up.I call the call center and they inform me that the technician is busy and will be there in 10 minutes.It was 7 pm and still there was no body.I then call the call CENTRE and they inform me that the guy did arrive and could not locate me and he left a NOTE on my door and there was no such Note.It was so stupid and illogical like if the guy was there and left a note on my door then why cant he knock my door.I reliazed that they just fool the customers and are making fake promises to get the customer base.It was so rude and I urge the leadership to take lessons from providers like AT&T,VERIZON AND GOOGLE FIBRE to improve there process.The Marshfield is a beautiful little town and I request charter communications to stop believing that they are commercial internet providers.We have no choice except to go with you as providers.I can definetly say people will never go for this service if they have options.I would definetly not recommended this to anybody.This company is not a commercial provider and customer is never addressed properly.
