I bought a rebuild kit from them 5 years ago for my 1999 ram 3500 24 valve cummins. Excellent service,shipping was quick and easy. The last the I bought was here reaseantly was on 7-28-202. These People have NO Customer service and will not accept responsibility when they ship the wrong parts ...In my case I ordered a Wicked Wheel and a manual Waste Gate setting for a 1995 Dodge 3500 Diesel ...What showed up was a manual Waste Gate that isnt even close to fitting and the wicked wheel had the wrong profile and rubbed on the turbo housing...when I called them they said that is what I ordered and if it needed to be replaced for the correct one ...The Manual waste Gate they wanted another $40.00 and the shipping back to them was another $70.00 what a rip off....more people should know about Pure Diesel Powers lack of customer service and just how un-knowledgeable these people are ....I gave them 1 star just so I could post this otherwise I wouldnt of given any ....watch for my posts on other vendor sites to stay away from Pure Diesel Powers site

Lousy communications at best. Ordered a shaft, they let me know days later that its out of stock for an unspecified amount of time. Spoke with an agent and had to go with a more expensive one. Days later they let me know its out of stock as well for a while. Seriously? So I have to again pay more for a more expensive shaft or cancel my order. I chose the latter. Not worth messing around with a company that doesnt even know if their items are in stock till days later.

Always helpful with finding the parts I need, even when items are on backorder they work hard to find a replacement for me.

I took my 6.0 in to there shop spent 4,000 in to the truck mine you truck ran and drive just needed a radiator and now my truck wount make me more then 20 miles all 3 times its been back in that shop i would take anything to this place ever again a joke a run around place and no cares to what they did worng unless your paying them to fix there mistakes!!!!

These guys have very poor communication. I purchased a product that I was told would come in 1 box and got one tracking number with a single delivery date. Only to receive the package and it is only 1 of 5 boxes which I didn’t receive tracking numbers for any of the rest and were being delivered over the span of a week. Had I known this I wouldn’t have ordered the package. The biggest problem being that I was moving out of state. When I called them the receptionist was annoyed and very unhelpful. And when I asked to speak to a manager and told him my problem. He insulted me by saying it was my fault and it was my problem. And when I told him I’d be cancelling the transaction at the bank he threatened to sue me for fraud. Extremely unprofessional. Do no order from these people

I purchased a set of trailer tow mirrors from them online for $299.00. We received the mirrors in an ok time line, however one of the mirrors was cracked and had to be replaced, which they replaced right away. However, again, upon installing the passenger side mirror we found that mirror was also broke and would not function properly. My husband and I called a number of times to get return information for all three mirrors and a refund of our money. We chose to buy the mirrors elsewhere, as we are on a time crunch and could not play musical mirrors until we actually received an unbroken set. We have been on the phone multiple X’s to try and resolve this issue. All we get is a run around of excuses for why we can’t get the return info and a refund. We will not be doing business with Pure Diesel again if this is the way they do business and treat their customers. Their lack of professionalism for a business that has online sales is by far the worst company I’ve done business with. Very disappointing.

Huge parts selection, and awesome customer service!!

I broke down on in the middle of two highways, with a trailer, about 3 miles from Pure Diesel in Marshfield. I called them up, seeing they were a local diesel mechanic close to my location at the time. The service writer, Joe or “JZ” was quick to recommend a tow company, Draxlers, who was also near by, who I promptly called and was towed to PDP. They backed my truck right in the shop and immediately went to work diagnosing possible issues. They told me they’d have an answer and a plan within a short time and that’s exactly what they did. As It was late afternoon on a Friday, These guys (Jacob, Joe and Garrett) all went above and beyond. Being stranded 2.5 hours from home, they offered to drop me off at a near by pub as I wait for my ride. The immense knowledge, quality and craftsmanship is very apparent here; they take Pride in their work and ensure it is done correctly the first time. Although my truck must stay into next week, I look forward to the job being done Correctly and efficiently by these true professionals in the Diesel world. I highly recommend Pure Diesel Power to anyone needing work done. I am thankful to have found them. In a world of Shade, they are a guiding light and well worth the 2 hour drive if ever I need more work done, I know where to take it.

Got my part fast. With a work truck down thats means that I am not working. Thanks for getting it to me in a timely manner. The only complaint i have is. I got the invoice and that it shiped. Completely unsatisfied. I ordered a part on a Thursday at 4:30am. Got 2nd day air on the product. I finally received product on a Tuesday at a Walgreens. They couldn’t even bring to my house?!?! Called pure diesel on Wednesday explained what happen. Instead of them refunding me for the whole dam shopping for all the dam problems they refund me 6 dollars. Guess they are hurting as a company. Worst customer service. Will never buy anything else from them

Buyer beware! We purchased a part from the back in January 2017. Ended up being the wrong part so we call to return. Got an RMA. But no refund. Made multiple calls inquiring about refund. Remarkable just today they want my tracking number on the return package that was shipped back to them over 6 months ago. And of course my fault, I cant put my fingers on it right now. Ive called an called them for a return and only got excuses to why it hasnt been issued. Oh, and now we need proof of the return! shocker!

WIKinda funny how after reading some reviews how some people complain about things. They found me somthing i tried ordering twice from other companies only to be told they couldnt get it, then wait two weeks to get my money back. Even though they had to back order it they kept me informed the whole time when they would get it thru emails and phone calls. Very happy with Pure Diesel and will be getting all my power stroke parts from them in the future.

Had a hickup with an order, didnt come with the proper o rings for a seal kit. It wasnt Pure Diesel Powers fault, rather the supplier. Besides that their service is wonderful and Ill most likely be buying from them again.

The only way I would take my business elsewhere is if pdp closed. I recommend them to anyone who needs anything for their first or second generation cummins rams. The 40 hp fuel pin and governor spring with a few tweaks to my ve pump and my truck is faster and a stronger pull all the way to 3600 rpm if I need it. A+ on customer service a++ on knowledge

I ordered a complete Cummins overhaul kit including 6 new pistons. The order arrived in a timely matter. I was very pleased with the whole order process. One of the pistons was the wrong part number, simple enough mistake by whoever pulled the order. I called in and the gal that answered the phone was nothing but helpful and professional. She ensured the correct piston would be sent out ASAP. I informed her I had to have this engine back together by Friday, since I was calling on a Tuesday I asked if I could pay overnight shipping and was told that wouldnt be necessary. Awesome folks, keep up the good work. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes puts them over the top!

Great prices and fast service! Purchased multiple gaskets for 2009 6.7 Cummins EGR repair. I needed to repair the EGR bypass valve. Dodge dealer parts dept. wanted three times the price for the gasket---PDP price $7.99 and Dodge Parts Dept. $23.95 plus tax. Cross over tube gaskets were 1/2 the cost of the Dodge dealer. Ordered Fri, shipped Mon, received Wed in Colorado.

Order an Edge Programmer & Pyro for my personal vehicle for the advertised online price of $129.00. After placing the order, I was informed the item was discountinued and they could only send me the pyro for $129.00. This is not what I ordered, as my order for that price included a monitor and pyro. They refused to honor my purchase or to upgrade the order to a new model unit, but instead cancelled my order entirely and blocked me from their site for future purchases. I should not be held responsible for their error, nor should their managers curse at customers the way this company did. Complete disregard for customer service!

I have bought from Pure Diesel Power many times. They always seem to have the parts that I need and cant find anywhere else. My most recent order was for a re-manufactured turbo for my 99 dodge. I ordered a re-manufactured one through them that was redone by Industrial Injection. I received a call from Pure Diesel Power a few days after I placed my order. They said that Industrial Injection didnt have any cores to build so I would have to send mine or they could get me a stock replacement Borg Warner turbo. I told them that I would take the Borg Warner turbo since it would take a while for them to rebuild my core. While I was talking to the very friendly person at Pure Diesel Power the Borg Warner turbo sold. There werent any other Borg Warner turbos on the shelf so I had to wait for them to get one. This wasnt a big deal to me I was just happy to get one. In the meantime I called Cummins and inquired about a recon turbo and they didnt have any cores in the United States. They said that I would have to wait for them to get a hold of Holset and try to get a new one from them. I told them thank you for the information and I was very surprised that there wasnt a core in the US. When I received my Borg Warner turbo I bolted it all up, but when I tried to put the oil return line on it wouldnt fit. I called Pure Diesel Power and they were super friendly and did a conference call with me and Industrial Injection. Industrial Injection said that I needed to crimp the oil return tube in the vise and then it would fit. I crimped the tube and it still wouldnt fit. The Engineers at Borg Warner moved the waste gate actuator on a bracket on the inside of the compressor housing. The Holset oem turbo has the actuator on the outside of the compressor housing. I measured the area between the actuator and compressor housing and it measured 3/4 and the outside diameter of the oil return pipe was 1. There is no way that the tube would fit in there without crimping it a ton and then it would have cracked the soft steel tube. I found a adapter with a -10AN nipple on it and then I bought a -10AN female fitting to flexible stainless steel hose. This took care of the oil return line. I have to say that I will be going back to Pure Diesel Power for anything that I need to purchase!

Bought a Borgeson steering box from them. It was faulty. Pure Diesel was happy to give me the phone number for Borgeson, but that was the end of their customer service. No help! Called Borgeson who said Pure Diesel was not a company they supplied parts to.Borgeson said I could ship it to them and they would repair the gear box.2-3 weeks shipping each way plus repair time. Would you like to park your work truck for a month waiting for parts? This gearbox plus steering shaft ($800) just turned into a core ($210) for a REDHEAD gearbox that works perfectly.

I normaly keep negative reviews to myself.. but in the last year i have ordered many parts that i have payed next day and didnt get them.. I ordered a cyl head for a 12 valve and get it 3 days late and now that its on i have a heating problem.. so i call to ask to talk to the guys that build this head and its some top secret deal. they changed the castings and the run hotter than oem.. didnt know maybe to run the 96 thermostate instead of the 93 but i get no help.. The bottom line is the head is prob. chiness junk.. there getting it back and i will move on! This place is a joke!!! beware save your cash!!
