Expect to call multiple times if your service falls short of what you expect, advertised, and pay for. Will always make up reasons why they are not able to provide what is offered on their ads. Sadly they are not any other providers in the area.
They shut off my internet without notification and never once sent me a bill me
They arent responding, my girlfriend and I are moving and they wont pick up the phone or answer emails or messages on Twitter, she has tried calling them everyday for the last 3 days and been on hold for more then 2 hours each time, no one answers the customer service line and no one answers the new service line, shes tried both! This is ridiculous!
This company has its ups and downs’ but one thing that they is good service and no respect for the customer very untrained and rude people
I had many problems with equipment. It was nearly impossible to contact Zito for help. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for their internet service. I gave up on their tv service & went to DISH. Now I’m having a problem getting them to shut down my cable and quit billing my credit card $104 monthly.
Took them three months to get me a cable box. Every time I’ve gone into the business the lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I cancelled before my next bill came out. That night they for some reason took out $108 out of my account, my bill is only $81. Just get Hulu live tv for better service with a dvr for $70 a month compared to them for minimal $80.
The service stinks.. Ive had the tech out here 2 times a month every month for 6 months if I wasnt forced to have them as an ISP I would go elsewhere. Extreme latency issues poor hardware and constant network down time. Outages lasting days or even weeks at a time. As a network tech I would avoid this company at all costs.
This place is so over priced and doesn’t even work half the time. When I have to call the office the people there are so rude. They are charging me for services I haven’t even had. So when I called to tell that that today as I am still being billed after I called and had it shut off over a month and a half ago, I get a bill in the mail today for $193.64. The guy that I talked to was so rude and hateful and told me that I needed to pay that to have my services turned back on and so I went on to tell him I turned them off and he said well you still need to pay my bill. Um hell no I am not paying for services that I had shut off a month an a half ago. Worst internet and cable services ever
Zito media has been such an awful experience. Due to were we leave we really have no other options. We have the smallest package and the price is ridiculous. The channels are always going out and the internet is awful; Every time I call they are very rude and do not have good customer service. They do not follow through with there customers and are not helping their customers in their best interest.
The absolute worst customer service on the planet! Here are their new hours as of June 2019... Mon. 8-10 am Wed. 11-12 and Fri. 1-5 pm. WHAT OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD CAN BE OPEN FOR 7 HOURS A WEEK AND PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Internet service keeps dropping. Wont send a technician out the same day. Cannot stand the constant dropping service in one day..
Terrible service, the cable was always cutting in and out. When I tried to get someone to look at it, they said it was my brand new TV. It wasnt. Also beware!! If you have phone and internet, they will charge you for unreturned equipment and say that its for the phone line, which has zero equipment to use, except for the modem that you have anyway. Got charged two separate $100 equipment charges for one modem. This is a truly craptacular company. Stay away!

Half the time they are never in the office you will be in there and theyll be running in from next door.
The internet is fine and fast for a couple weeks but as you get later into the month they start to limit your speed. You pay for the advertised speed, in our case 100Mbps but it seems like were getting like 20. Often times WiFi takes forever to load anything so I have to end up switching to my phones LTE data. I also know many people who take online classes and have had their internet connection dropped WHILE taking a test or quiz. I know this could be any cause but it all comes down to a pattern. Fast internet > slower > call and complain > fast again > slower. ISPs are a bunch of crooks

You arent able to really communicate with the 800 people and the local office gets a lot of complaints for stuff that isnt their fault
