I constantly been trying to get service for my house over a year now through fidelity an I kept gettin the run around but no explanation why my house cant be serviced. Customer service is rude an very uninformative. They tell me my house cant be serviced however everyone around me has fidelity service. They want to charge me $10,000 upfront but wont even tell me what that includes.

I understand going up on prices if the cable is great. Our cable is far from even being good much less great. We have tiling constantly and never get to watch a complete show. You try to call and they hang up on you after three to four rings. Flustered is a good expression for it.. We get codes 225 and 227 constantly. Isnt there something to improve this for our moneys worth?

They were fine before we moved our service. Im getting no bills, I cant access my account online, and Im still receiving bills from the house I moved out of three months ago. I wish they could get straight because it is a good service their billing system just sucks. And they close so if you have issues in the evening when your home its no go until in the morning.

Our internet service has been wonderfully fast and consistent. What sets Fidelity apart, though, is the amazing, friendly customer service that we have received multiple times. Everyone that I have spoken with on the phone, and every technician that has visited my home has gone above and beyond. They’ve been so kind and helpful, and have never made me wait or charged me for things that other providers have charged for. Fidelity is a stark contrast to today’s businesses that are overpriced and underperform, rarely standing behind their service or products.

Rude customer service both over the phone and in person at their offices. Argumentative, the customer is wrong and they are always tight mentality. Recurring problem going on 10 months, finally have had enough of their attitude. Moving on to whatever else is available out there. I do not recommend this company at all

Internet went out and schedule someone to come out and they never came, but lied and said they did and called me twice and knocked on door! I have heard that they are known to lie and be lazy here in Marshall! Do not recommend this service to anyone!

I called about service and was told my area was serviceable. I set up an appointment for the next day and paid the deposits. Technician shows up and says there is an access point IN MY YARD but my house doesnt get serviced. Three weeks later, I havent heard from anyone and havent gotten my deposit back.

Called to see if my area was serviced as a saw a pamphlet saying that they were adding infrastructure to my area 75670 in woodlawn and was very excited because im so sick of satellite I even saw workers digging trenches laying wire i was so excited to try a new service so I could with high hope that maybe itd finally be in our area nit only was the customer service lady nasty and short with me but acted irritated when i asked her if maybe someone knew we might be servicable she just rudely said she didnt know no offer to try to find out and get back to me, nada so needless to say im not im0ressed with my experience with fidelity and was fully ready to put my money down for decent internet not sure how your office stays in business which office staff with such lousy attitudes towards potential customers.

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE.Fees on fees on fees and now we have a monthly Tech Advancement Fee. So were now paying more money for the same terrible service? Because that makes perfect sense. Every employee Ive ever had to talk to at Marshall Fidelity has had a horrible attitude. Save yourself some trouble and dont use this service provider.

Spotty reliability. Slow to respond to problems. - but the bills come right on time. Rude customer service. New fake fee of $6 Technology Advancement lol. Value pricing only a hook for new customers. Longtime customer loyalty is rewarded by charging much higher rates. Plan on paying up to 25 percent more after fine print fees and taxes.

I don’t understand why every 30 seconds my internet goes out. This has been happening for the past few days and it’s really getting annoying. It goes out, starts up again and does the same process everyday and it’s really annoying. God awful. My work involves transferring large files and for that, I absolutely need a constant high speed connection. Every night, my connection shuts off at 10:48 P.M. exactly only to come back on thirty minutes later. I leave most of my files in transfer overnight for several days at a time.Fidelity is one of the few internet service providers who offer high fiber optics but wont let you use it, unless you live in a recently constructed neighborhood. If your house was built post-2017, youre good to go, any time before that, theyll evasively change the subject to avoid telling you if they ever plan on bringing it to your neighborhood when you ask for it. The straightest answer I could ever get from a representative is that theyd have to leave a message to marketing who would have to ask their engineering department who would have to ask someone else, ect, ect.Oddly enough, theyve arranged their server failures to occur during the exact time of day you cant contact them for customer support. Their hold audio consists of two looping tracks, a jazz track with the occasional plug for their garbage services and another track that mutes the first track to tell you Thank you for holding, a customer service representative will connect to you shortly. The first audio loop is constant while the other runs at a shorter length to interrupt the first, meaning it has nothing to do with their actual phone system and bares no reliable indication that customer service is actually available.Their audio is near mute when you call, I have my phone cranked up to the maximum volume and I can still barely hear anything, so even when you do get a real person on the line, theyre unintelligible.This company is expensive, incompetent and treats each of their customers differently. Not worth my money, not worth the trouble and negatively impacting my income. If Google reviews could let me post this review with no stars, I would.

I had another local cable company that was providing my internet service. I switched to Fidelity about two months ago to get a lower rate (about half that of Longview Cable). The internet speeds (download and upload) are faster than I have ever had. The installation was quick and flawless. I couldnt be more pleased.

My experience with Fidelity has been and continues to be very dissatisfied. They have came out a lot to try and fix very poor cable and internet connections. But they are unable to fix it because I am still having problems. I may be switching back to a satellite company. Even trying watch a recorded show on a none rainy day and it keeps going out on both cable and internet. It is a shame you cant rate less than one star. And to top it off they raised my bill and lowered the service. They seem only want my money. They are expanding but not fixing.

For years, fidelity has failed to give me what i pay for, a reliable internet service. Countless times excuses have been made for unreliable service, often blaming my router. After I got a different router, it still wasnt fidelitys fault. The only reason Im still with them is that they are my only option. Fidelity is the worst.

Ive never once had a problem with their customer service. Ive read a few reviews about how the internet is slow.... I thought I had that problem too. BUT, its the router they provide you with, not their internet. I checked the speed at home, and it was the right speed, the router just wouldnt push out very well for some reason. So, if you have to use them (like I do, because there are no other providers in your area), I suggest buying your own internet router, that should fix the problem. It did for me! Hope this helps.

We had the tech out. He was there maybe 5 minutes. Said he did some update and it will be fixed. It was not and he did not stay long enough to check. I called back and after being on hold 21 minutes it would drop the call. This happened 3x on 3 different phones.
