I stopped in to Wood Jewelers on Washington St. to get a new watch band installed on my dads watch. The old one was pinching him and the parts I had wouldnt fit. The owner Robert Wood found some parts that fit and installed the new band free of charge. My dad loves his new watch and it was fun meeting and talking to Robert. My 93-year-old aunt had an old watch that stopped. I offered to help her. I brought it in to Wood Jewelers to ask: Did it need a new battery? Robert was very helpful in diagnosing that yes, that was indeed the trouble. The watch was so old, though. Would he have the right battery? He did! He put it in, cleaned it up, set the time, and it was working good as new. My aunt was delighted. Really good service like this is so hard to find these days. I found it at Wood Jewelers.

Was a cute store! Love that you can window shop but dont have to purchase what is behind the glass, you get an idea of what they have but they custom make your jewelry. I chose diamond earrings, and with them being custom made, it was a very nice touch. Price is very reasonable considering all the other jewelry stores charge almost double for similar items. Was a very warm and friendly environment. We were out of town and they were nice enough to ship them to my home. Will definitely be back if I can ever get Mr. Man to propose. Would love to check out wedding ring designs.

Went in to have a ring that my grandmother gave me appraised. Not only did they not charge for the appraisal, I got to speak with wonderfully kind staff and even learned some stuff about how rings used to be made. I highly recommend going there. The jewelry on display is gorgeous and the staff is amazing.

Shopped all the jewelry stores looking for a diamond engagement ring. Wood Jewelers was so much easier to get what I wanted than anywhere else around. They seemed to be much more knowledgeable about diamonds and how they would work with the ring. I found their prices for the same quality diamond was considerably less and the ring to put it in was way more reasonable there.

There is a wide variety of very nice jewelry. They were helpful and good to work with! I will be back again!
