My solitaire engagement ring that was purchased out of town became loose two weeks before my wedding. In a slight panic, I stopped by Wattson & Wattson within 10 minutes of their closing time on a busy weekday to see if they might be able to fix it, fully expecting to leave my ring with them while waiting for repairs. The jeweler working immediately looked at my ring and happily repaired it on the spot in less than 5 minutes, then gave me some good tips on what to do and look for to keep my diamond more secure in the future. I have never had a more pleasant or friendly interaction with a jeweler. They turned a chaotic day during a stressful time into a sigh of relief. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was cleaning my rings today and reflected back a bit on my last experience with Wattsson & Wattsson just a couple months ago.I had stopped in to get my ring sized, I was in a littlehurry and a little frazzled to be honest. Lacee quickly turned my day around with her outstanding customer service. She not only answered my questions and did all she could to ensure my ring would be sized correctly but I feel that she went above and beyond that day, with her kindness and her greeting upon entrance - and her sincere follow up service when my ring came back — I can say with 100% certainty that she makes shopping at Wattsson & Wattsson an incredible experience- one that really stands out.

I worked with Chris, Victoria and Lacee at Wattsson and Wattssons for a wedding styled photoshoot! Their incredible hand crafted jewelry was stunning and their service was excellent! His skill and craftsmanship is the best in Marquette, and quite possibly the entire state of Michigan, in my humble opinion. I brought my black diamond wedding band in to be fixed, I have had a problem with a neighboring jewelers losing my ring, Wattsson and Wattsson was far more pleasant to deal with. They were very good at communicating as well as getting my ring back looking perfect and in a timely fashion!

I brought my mother’s gold chain in to get repaired and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost being lower than I expected and, within a few hours the repair was completed. Chris did a great job! W&W is definitely a place I will visit again!

After taking my rings to multiple jewelers downstate I was given outrageous quotes and every jeweler tried to upsell me on something. We have been customers of Wattsson & Wattsson since they opened. We started with my engagement ring. Since then wedding bands, necklaces, U.P. gold jewelry, earrings etc. Always the best prices. Then don’t mark up so they don’t have to have sales.

I needed my wedding ring fixed with a lost stone and loose brackets. Everything was fixed beautifully. Everything is holding together well. The cost was very reasonable.

Chris is great with jewelry! Timely service, reasonably priced and great craftsmanship. My ring was severed, split between diamonds and Chris mended it back together so well you can’t even see a seem! Highly recommend for jewelry service and repairs!

Two things I didnt appreciate. One, asking to get a ring resized the young lady behind the counter kept on arguing with me that that the ring did not need to be resized because it looks like it fits. So I gave up on that because she told me wear it for a couple of more days and then drive back if I want to get it resized. Two I asked multiple times the value of the ring just out of curiosity and kept getting ignored.

Wattsson & Wattsson employees are always extremely friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They also have a unique and beautiful selection! They worked with my husband to pick out my engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands. I have taken family jewelry in for repair and the process has always been so easy. Their staff has great communication with their clients and they are a gem (pun intended!) to have in Marquette’s downtown area.

I went to resize my wedding ring in the fall, just when the weather was changing and the sizing didnt matched my finger once I picked it up.Chris offered to resize it again and he got it right. Chris does everything to make sure you get exactly what you want. I couldnt be happier with both of my rings I got from Chris! When I came to him with an idea of a wedding band I once saw online, I was beyond impressed with how Chris was able to create it. The customer service didnt just end after I got my rings, either! I stopped by W&W during my latest Marquette trip, just to say hi, and without me asking both of my rings were cleaned and double checked to make sure they were in great condition still (with Chris ready to fix anything had there been anything wrong).One of the hardest parts about using W&W for my engagement and wedding ring is that my husband and I live 7+ hours away, but with the constant communication of Chris it really didnt even seem like it.Highly recommend W&W to anyone!
