This jewelry store has it all! The location is perfect downtown as well. The entire staff is super helpful. I have loved everything I have received here from birthday gifts to everyday jewelry. What makes this exact store unique is that you can purchase gifts for any spending level. There have cute hoop earrings that would make a great birthday gift and also gorgeous wedding rings and bands that are in stock! I love when you get purchase something right off the sales floor. They also take great care of my rings when I go in to get them cleaned. One stop shop at this place!!

We have had them make jewelry for us before and that jewelry that they made was an a+ so when it came time to have these stones made into jewelry we went back to Richardson we are just so pleased they go above and beyond just so beautiful

Richardson’s is the most accommodating jeweler with the best customer service! We bought our wedding bands from them back in 2014 and have been back for every jewelry purchase since. They even take care of your jewelry long after you purchase! Can’t get any better than that!

We just got my engagement ring from them. They were wonderful and so helpful and sweet. Picking it out was an exciting, amazing experience. The people were sweet and caring and wanted me to get my perfect ring... Which I did. The work was done fast. Bought on Saturday and picked it up the following Wednesday. I will definitely be using them for all future important jewelery purchases.

They worked work my husband all the way from downstate to create my custom ring. They certainly give their customers great care and service. I cant say anything bad about this place or those who run it. They took the time to properly educate my husband about diamonds so he could truly be an educated buyer and not just buy what they suggest he buy. They worked great with him when it all they could was communicate thru email and calls due to us living so far away. He put his trust in them and they delivered! Not to mention my ring is made with copper from the K peninsula. Which made it even more special and wonderful! We will be working with them again!

I was very disappointed when I brought a piece of jewelry that was hand made in Africa to be fixed. He refused to work on it and told me it wasn’t real gold. I went to another jeweler in town who tested the piece and it was 18 karat and happily fixed my piece.

Walked into the Marquette store on a whim, immediately impressed with the staff. We found the perfect setting and Richard helped find the perfect diamond. Could not be happier, they listened to our wants and needs and delivered spot on! Highly recommend anyone looking for an engagement ring to stop in. You will not be disappointed.
