Made an appt with Tracy and waited 15 minutes past the time of my appointment. She had just started someone’s nails when I came in. Ended up walking out due to the lack of attention to my appointment I had made.

This is the third time that I’ve been here. Every time that I came I had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes or longer. Today I had an appointment at 3 PM 30 minutes goes by still haven’t been taken care of I asked how much longer I was told an additional 10 minutes. This is unacceptable this is the third time this has happened and the last time this happened I was told that it would never happen again. I’m a cancer patient and have to take my medication on a schedule time I explained this to the woman and she just ignored me.

The manager of this salon is very rude and inappropriate- she is not honest about the amount of wait time and when one of “her” clients come in they say they have an appointment and she will automatically bump the waiting customer back!! She does not tell the waiting customer there is an incoming appointment when waiting BECAUSE there is not an appointment scheduled!! She has done this more than once to myself and family members - she basically lies to your face!!

Terrible! I dont get my nails done often and just wanted a regular polish manicure because I mostly keep my nails polish free/natural. The lady treated me like absolute garbage because I didnt want to get gel and complained the ENTIRE time that regular polish takes too long to dry and told me its my own fault if I ruin the manicure because I didnt get gel. Last time I came here the lady, although nice, badgered me about getting gel as well...I DO NOT WANT GEL ON MY NATURAL NAILS BECAUSE IT DESTROYS THEM, so Im sooo sorry you have to take an extra 5 minutes out of your day to let my polish dry. Also, she was so rough and grabbing and throwing my hands in disgust like I was some kind of creature she didnt want to be touching. I read another review that they dont treat their African American customers well, well heres another review with that same feeling so stay away! Never returning. Hope she liked her gracious tip anyways!

Love Bliss nails. Very clean, they follow Covid guidelines. My nails come out great

Dan did my pedicure and it was nice during it but felt really rushed. I had asked to make an appointment at 2:45 and they told me no come 2:30, thankfully I got done my appointment before to come early but unprofessional. He put too much polish on my two big toes and now there is chunks missing where the polish was too thick. I just called and the lady told me since he is off today and tomorrow I have to wait til Wednesday. I go back to school tomorrow and when I asked if anyone could do it the lady who answered the phone said no since it’s a party day and they want to leave.

My mother and I went here yesterday and it was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely go again!! I got a dip gel manicure and a pedicure. They took their time and our nails came out beautifully! I would highly recommend this nail salon!

I dont even know where to start if I could give half a star I would a guy did my nails and it was so bad my nails are thin on one side and thick on the other they are uneven and crooked I have acrylic and nail polish all around my nail their lumpy and have big chunks of acrylic under them. Just got my nails done today and polish is peeling. 1000% do not recommend or at least dont go to the younger man my mom got her nails and feet done by two other people and they were WAY better and nicer then him. I was really disappointed especially since my nails were for church and a party😞

Not very friendly to African American customers, I was about to get my nails done but after I saw how unwelcoming they were while I was waiting and watch the basically almost run to other customers, I changed my mind. I was treated so indifferent, I would bite my nails off before I give them 1 red cent.

Very friendly and professional staff. The staff members are very attentive and they pay attention to detail. The facility is very clean and well organized.

Literally horrible. Cost me $60 for a full set. Nail broke in like 3 days .... my nails were not smooth at all lumpy and had indents not a good first impression 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Looks beautiful inside but I would 100% never go back.

If you want to sit and wait for 3 hours with half finished nails this is the place to come to!!! I came in to get my nails refilled and one of the ladies started doing my nails and started to file and shape them and what not and just left me for another customer and I was sitting in the chair for an hour and a half waiting for someone to come finish my halfway done nails. Sadly disappointed.

I was so upset with how my nails came out. I was told to have the owner, Tracey, do my nails and the outcome was horrible. I left with uneven shaping and a crooked middle finger nail. Never again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The worst manicure (acrylics with bumps, bubbles and uneven length, wider than my nails) and a really bad infection from the pedicure that really hurts. Tracy, I think she is the store owner, was the one who did it. All she had to say after she finished was “please tip in cash no card”. Stay away - keep your money and go to professionals or else you would end up like me spending them on antibiotics.

My appointment was for 6pm, at 6:45 I had to leave what a waste of time and its not the first time, I will never go there again. why have an appointment if they dont honor it .

Terrible experience! I have nail polish around my toes and they told me I have to stay half hour to the dryer for my manicure. Still not dry. Also they talk about the costumers in Chinese ????
