Crooks!We got a home warranty though first American as part of the closing on our home through the seller. This was worthless and should have just asked for money off the house.First, any time you deal with this company- it’s 100 bucks. Guy comes out to your house tells you “we won’t fix that” and leaves? That’s 100 bucks.Basically any issue I have, this company is going to do everything that can not to fix it. New hole on your pipe? It must have been existing- no possible way it just developed.Save your money. Go else where.

Yesterday I had my first closing during this COVID pandemic and it was new experience with the mask, gloves, & social distancing that I didn’t even think about taking any pictures.However I can’t let another day go by without taking a moment to thank Damien & First American Title Co on quickest, easiest closing and making an awkward situation very comfortable.
